ok so guards did need a buff like 4-5 months ago when they got like 3 gapps and basically prot 4 diamond but now they have extra hearts 20-24 gapps and more taser charges. Just now i fought corey on my alt and i had to use drugs to finally kill them ( i have full prot V and sharp V ). i think its gone to far, i have yet to test it but a riot guard could tank full god gear for at least 10 minutes maybe even win half the time. I think there are a few ways to balance this out

i think one of the reasons people complain is the random gear when you respawn, not everything is random but the gapps, taser charges, and arrows (if you have a bow ofc) have some extreme highs and lows you can get gapps at a difference of 5 or 6 ( currently being 19ish-24) charges can be 1 charge to 4 at times; with arrows i have not really tested cause you usually have enough no matter what. This is bad because before guards where op you could get like 4 gapps and get slaughtered or get 9 and have a good chance, same with charges getting 2-3 is good but when you get 1you are doomed. So i think it should be somthing like 8 gapps, 3 charges , and 1 stack of arrows for standard guard and 3 for marksman.

i think this will work well as a starting point to actually fix guards instead of just buffing them every 2 weeks.

Why should we unban you? I feel I should be unbanned because I really did love to play on the server, but what I loved more than
playing on the server, was talking to the community and playing with other people. And I will admit I had a "client" installed, on
MCP I never used it, and the reason I never used it was because I would hate to get banned, the reason "Kill Aura" was toggled on
was because I hit the F6 key which turns Kill Aura on, when I meant to hit F5 to toggle my different perspectives. After I realized
Kill Aura was on I immediately turned it off, I do claim 100% responsibility for even having a client installed and I understand why
I was banned.
Where you fined and do you think you deserve reimbursement? I do not think I was fined, if I was fined then I believe I do deserve
to have to pay out the fine, as I am 100% in fault and deserve what came to me.
Additional info:I feel that if I am unbanned, all of my accounts (RT1cTV, notRT1cTV, and abrhamms), should be completely wiped, of
money, plots, armor, weapons, and anything else I had forcing me to have to be C rank, and in return have to work my way back up
from the bottom. I also feel I should lose "C - Guard", as I am obviously not fit for a staff role.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?:
I believe that I should be chosen to be MCP’s newest Moderator because I will not simply “just do my job”. Player/Staff interaction is something that will always be one of my highest priorities, as keeping a good relationship between the two is key to having a healthy community. I believe that I have become well liked by many members of the community, which will make having me on the Moderator team all the more beneficial. From chat Moderation, to helping players who have any questions/concerns, I know that I will be able to go above and beyond what is required and expected by encouraging server growth, making good decisions, and doing what is right. I have read the rules for both the Moderator and Guard positions multiple times, and do so every week to catch any important updates/changes. I believe that doing so has given me a very good understanding of the rules, and will allow me to address situations efficiently and correctly. If I am uncertain about anything pertaining to rules/conduct, I will not hesitate to ask someone in a higher position for guidance. With experience from staff positions with other servers and watching the way CDGS works, I know I will be able to do my part in making the server a better place for all, little by little. As stated above, I will be running a bit of a different schedule as the fall semester progresses. With my new education path and a new job, times may vary for better or worse. My new job is at the university that I am attending as a Texhnician Assistant, and the job doesn’t really require any time consuming work. In my free time, I will be doing my best to serve as a Moderator, but more importantly, I will be helping the community of CDGS expand, collaborate, and thrive.

Its long since been considered but if we invested in making merchandise with a few CDGS/MCP/Convicted logos on would anyone buy it?
We would do it with the lowest possible overhead as we wouldn't do it for profit as it would just be cool to have people wearing it.

We'd probably also do some giveaways for a first batch or something along those lines.

Instead of the one portal that takes you to a set spawn have that one portal take you to a room with multiple portals that will take you out into multiple set locations this will be easy to do plus it will make the one set spawn less cluttered and butchered

What is the bug: The live map is blacked out where the new free spawn has been set it is also off-center.

The orange circle is where old free spawn was set and is someone the centerpoint of the live map when you first open live map, however the free spawn has been changed and player now have to manually look around the map for the correct coords, also 1000s of blocks around the new free spawn on the live map are blackened out. The red circle is roughly where the new free spawn has been placed.
