Getting straight to the meat and potatoes on this one ladies and gents.

1. Make creeper eggs actually destroy claimed land so they can fulfill their only use.

2. Remove the ability to make shop signs in free world as they are protecting chests and blocks from being destroyed.

3. Make the dragon want to fight you when you summon it anywhere in the end, instead of it flying towards end spawn.

4. Add stats to gear. (Blocks broken and times repaired on a pickaxe, damage taken and times repaired on armor, kills/damage done and times repaired on weapons.)

5. Nerf coke, strength 3 is way too big of a buff for a server that isn't op.

6. Guard weapons need to be stronger. Higher sharpness.

7. Find a PERMANENT fix to the discord plugin.

8. Add more vote links.

9. Barons should be able to own more real estate.

10. After using an dragon emerald on a anvil, make the dragon forge there permanent.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard?
I hear you've got a union problem. I've led countless raids on the guard faction over the years--I understand the weaknesses of the force. If you want this union busted within 24 hours, I'm the man to hire. Ditch these hooligans and hire whatever band of misfits you see fit. As Head-Guard, I'll turn whatever fresh recruits you throw at me into real, burly, and steadfast MEN: proper law enforcement officers that know how to defend themselves and the prison. I will personally abolish the overarching weakness of the guard arsenal through proper regime and clever strategy.

The prison would be on lockdown-- prisoner safety never-before-seen in MCP. With my leadership, I will allow no band of infidels to disrupt the operations of the prison. I also have a knack for collecting the finest of wooden swords from the tree farm. But I don't come cheap. I want a salary of $25,000 per hour, and immediate Head-Guard rank upon on-boarding so that I can begin the radical reformation and proper training that the guards need to stand their ground.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? yea the guard rules are super easy to understand and any one who can't understand clearly shouldnt be guard including those who try to unionize when it clearly says they are obligated to perform their function as guard!

I'm a straight arrow (and straight), honest and clear headed so when I think about guarding I don't expect to be raging or complaining about items in the game because the staff has thought clear and well about the balance of the server and I respect that, if I do have suggestions I will leave them as suggestions, this is a great server honetsly REEEEEEEE

What is the bug: Storage Containers such as hoppers, chests, dispensers, and furnaces are turning themselves into ghost blocks some how

Who banned you?  I'm unsure, this happened about at least a year or two ago. From my memory a Warden.

When were you banned? (Time/Date) 1-2 Years ago, maybe more.

Why were you banned? The official reason is health indicators and bypass on another account. I was banned due to health indicators. I was using a PVP client (Lunar) and was able to have health bars.

Are you at fault? Yes, I was forgetful.

What was your rank on MCP? Citizen, former Guard.

Why should we unban you? It was an honest mistake. I have been playing convicted for quite some time, albeit not actively. I m a full-time student at Uni and already really can't play much, and would like to be able to come on and just talk to the community. My "crimes" were not in bad faith.

Were you fined and do you think you deserve reimbursement? I'm unsure of what this statement is asking.
