Forums Marketplace
Posted by: toiletinator27 - Dec 27th, 2017, 07:48 AM - Forum: Suggestions - Replies (9)

Is your idea logical? : Yes.
Could it be done easily? : Very easily
Has something like it been done before? : Probably by a player
Has this been suggested before? : Yes.

My idea is we can have a new section on forums called "The Marketplace." You can browse items that people are selling and you can make offers by responding to the items you would like to purchase. You can also sell your own items by creating a new topic. I think this would help people who are trying to sell stuff and cant catch people online who are buying those items.

Edit: Apperently this was suggested before a long long time ago.

MCP Alert - Special - KittiWolf Edition
Posted by: Alert - Dec 26th, 2017, 01:10 AM - Forum: Off Topic - Replies (32)

Whaaaaaaaat is up ladies and gentlemen I'm your host MittyIsHere, with the very last special of MCP Alert for 2017. We are covering a very serious topic that we feel should be front and center of the attention for players going into a new year. Consider this the very first "Exposing" edition of MCP Alert.

Kittiwolf, The Gender Neutral Guard.

Kittiwolf has been guard for six months and six days. Over this course of time he has compiled many staff reports for various reasons. Ranging from jailing players and staff members on the way to or in events, to insulting players and other staff members. Being immature on the forums and in-game. Ruining player made events, the list just goes on and on and on. In this issue we will be covering comments from both Kittiwolf. staff members and various players.

Before Guard:

All of our information will be somewhat in order a few things will be so we will start with before he got guard. To gain playtime before applying for guard, and during his application period he would afk in the wolf disguise in the C-Block, in a corner to avoid being pushed out, to gain play time. While not really a big issue, farming playtime to appear active should be taken seriously especially when being considered for guard.

The next offense comes from his time before getting guard and just after being guard. Kittiwolf used his alt to bypass the allowed plot limit. Two plots on his main account, Kittiwolf, and one on his alt, ShadowD. The main plot was seized by warden Geonat which caused Kittiwolf to get angry over this situation. However, if you guys see both Kittiwolf and ShadowD and PopSparkGirl (PSG is a word of mouth rumor, take with a grain of salt.) on the server at the same time please screenshot it and report it as it is against the rules for guards to be dual logging. or if you have any previous screenshots, please upload them in comments.  The Plots story however was confirmed to have happened by Warden Geonat.

C-Guard

The big story from his C-Guard days is his level of immaturity. This all comes from two different posts both involving two players in both situations. One being an applicant and reporter, UHC_KOOLKID. The other person involved in the situation? Kittiwolf. Stemming off of the original post, UHC_KOOLKID's Guard Application, Kittiwolf got into a heated argument. The issue started with TySun, a notorious forums troll. However, during this situation he was not trolling. Instead he was making several good points to the applicant. The issues however begin when Kittiwolf, at the time a C-Guard, decided to add his two cents into the mix with this post.

Er, Tysun? Cursing every once in a while isn't prohibited. Everybody does so, but it isn't like you curse and your gonna get banned. I know you haven't been on in a couple months, so could you stop assuming what the rules are when your not even on? Ok, thanks. And this has really gotten out of hand for a guard app as well. And no, I'm not encouraging cursing. I'm just saying, it isn't prohibited.

This one comment derails an entire guard application and leads to one of the first Staff Reports against Ms. Wolf., Mr. Wolf rather. Wait, is it Mr or Ms? I don't know it changes gender to further himself with the players. From this point I'll refer to him with both terms. Anyways, TySun replied with this,

No it's not. I'm not an idiot, I'm well aware you don't get banned for cursing. But even if it's once in a while, you will still get called on it by a Mod. I know you think you're all that because you're a Guard, but you've only been playing for 4 months, I know the rules, very well, so please stop trying to contradict me and act smart, I'd prefer to skip the part where you irritate me and I have to respond with a jackass comment like this one. Thank you. Have a nice day. Ok thanks.

TySuns comment here should have stopped any further replies from Mr. Wolf however that was not the case as the pair went back and forth for several posts. It was not until Cougarboy posted the following comment that it stopped and eventually led to a locked by request,

Kittiwolf, maturity is something a guard is suppose to have. Going back and forth like that shows immaturity.

As we stated before this lead to an immaturity report on Kittiwolf. However Ms. Wolf never responded to the report, even to apologize where as TySun did apologize for his part in the argument. The argument only began when Ms. Wolf decided to callout TySun stating he shouldn't have a say because he wasn't currently active on the server however he was a long time player.

B-Guard and On

Moving on after his promotion the abuse reports didn't stop. Instead of dying down they increased in number. The report in which should have ended this reign of terror in a lot of players eyes comes from  JoeMC2014. This report has become a major image on Kittiwolf as it exposed various abusive tactics from Kittiwolf. Starting with a smaller one which doesn't have a lot of evidence behind it was the jailing on BoySoCute. This jail happened to stop Boys from winning more events, and only lasted 1-2 seconds however in the rules state guards can not jail in the Event hub. Which we will be covering further as Mr. Wolf seems to have an issue with Event hub and jailing players and even staff members.

Another jailing in the event hub comes with BookishTurtle. This was pointed out on the report by  JoeMC2014. Mr. Wolf jailed BookishTurtle in the Event Hub on the way to the portal because Bookish was following him. Yep. Not even kidding. This was Ms. Wolf's response on that issue.

I may have done so cause he was following me, but I didn't win the event, and he had plenty of time to get back in the event. I do take the blame for that, but did not effect any chances of winning.

However, according to BookishTurtle he had taken time to set up recording software to record any further abuse of this caliber and was unable to make it back to the events. So while he did have time to return to the event, he shouldn't have been jailed before he was 'following' Kittiwolf...To the portal in Event hub no less. Which leads us back to the rule of "Do not jail in Event Hub". However, this is the official rule on the subject to clarify.

No calling for contraband/sending players to solitary in the following areas: Event hub, Black Market, Smuggler Area, Mob farms, Info Room, or other "special areas" which normal prison rules do not apply.

Finally hitting the main report on the head by JoeMC2014. The main reason for this report is this,

What the abuser was doing: Kittiwolf was harassing a player in chat.

Now while Kittiwolf did respond to this report several times his first comment was an attempt to pass the blame for his actions onto a prisoner by the name of Killah. We will talk about Killah in a few other reports on Mr. Wolf but Ms. Wolfs response to this report was this,

I would like to say, he provoked a lot of it, constantly being rude to me about not guarding. I did try and control myself, but sometimes its a bit hard when someone is extremely toxic sometimes. Yes, I may have been a bit rude about killah, but again, he did provoke it mainly.

So being a B-Guard and attempting to pass the blame onto Killah. While some blame can be put on Killah a guard at any rank should be held on a standard to be able to control themselves instead of trying to avoid consequences by passing it on to a player by calling them "toxic". For those of you who don't know of this situation, the spoiler below will give you the evidence provided against Mr. Wolf.

Many people commented on this situation, myself included. This at the time was the biggest report, and even to date, the biggest report on Kittiwolf and it shocks many players that this did not get him demoted. However it was only one of the very few comments Ms. Wolf made on the report, all future "Shit storm" comments made after the first initial comment to pass the blame were by players either defending Ms. Wolf or condemning Mr. Wolf for his actions and attempting to point out why the report was made in the first place. And some...well they were just dense French fries @Cpt_PandaPantz <3.

The end of the report came down to comments made by then warden Miner01, YoungLilSandwhich, and Silas_Bowen himself. This post was eventually locked and forgotten about by many, probably by Mr. Wolf himself however some of the players haven't forgotten and still to this day condemn Ms. Wolf for his actions.

His jailings didn't stop there however. He went on however to jail two different guards. Starting with a jailing done to MasterOvie. He jailed MasterOvie during the event Spleef because MasterOvie was "Islanding". However, he was standing in the middle of the arena during this event and just another check on the jails done by Mr. Wolf. Continuing, her reign of jailing, she jailed another guard, Nator. This was done as it was shown as being typed out by Ms. Wolf as shown in the report by Dragon1240. Dragon had this to say in the initial report,

Kitti was nowhere near C so there is no way this was accidently done by handcuffs. They were both also in the same ts channel at the time. Also Nator couldn't have typed that command as he was in combat and moving at the time of jail.

Great points being made, Nator nor Ms. Wolf commented on this situation however there is a video and picture for evidence shown in the spoilers below.

Silas, commented on this report and even asked the magic 8-Ball if Mr. Wolf should be demoted and received the answer "Without a doubt".

Going back to his activity, and moving on from his jailing adventures on both players on Guards. Mr. Wolf has been called out several times lately for only logging in and being active long enough to vote, and play events. There has been several past guards like this and they have all reached the same fate. Will Ms. Wolf receive it? In due time this reporter feels that he will.

Other Exploits

Moving on from all the jailing and immaturity. Kittiwolf does not have a clean record herself by any means. He has a previous ban for duping. As the story goes from her point of view, she only grabbed the duped items twice and didn't report it because "she was to tired to know what to type". She applied for an unban however ended up buying an unban pass. While this isn't a big issue she was banned and unbanned just before becoming a guard. Kittiwolf was promoted to guard 12 days after being unbanned for the duping incident. This leaves this reporter wondering, why?

Hitting another issue with Ms. Wolf, he has been called out several times for counting down super fast. This was brought up in the Joe report however it went no further. This issue is this, she counts down from 5-0 in less than 2 seconds. However, adding on to that there has been an issue with Mr. Wolf running away from pvp and counting down people during fights. The story as we were told goes like this. Kittiwolf and Killah were in a fight and Kittiwolf would keep counting down while running away from Killah so he was unable to reengage him in pvp.

As we all know A-Guard use to have the Guard Class, Hound. Mr. Wolf seemed to love this class as we are told they would stay in this class to avoid calling players for contraband. We have heard this from several other players, however we don't have any solid evidence behind this, to further the story.

Just before reset, it seems a lot of lag was coming from two plots. One of which coming from Moderator LittleLea, and the other of which coming from...you guessed it, Kittiwolf. Intentionally lagging the server? Maybe, maybe not but it is worth to bring up that this user was lagging the server with a mass amount of item frames.

Another honorable mention for this section. Using smoke grenades to ruin a photoshoot for a player created event. All screenshots will be found in the spoiler below. While we don't have proof that this was Kittiwolf we are told everyone involved with this situation will back up the claim that this was indeed Kittiwolf causing these smoke bombs.

New Evidence

There have been various rumors floating around MCP as of late. These rumors surround Ms. Wolf, as rumor has it he has been slandering various staff members, one of which being the dense French fry herself. We have however been hearing reports on the slandering of a player many consider a friend and fellow guard, Nator. Is any staff member safe from the wrath of Mr. Wolf? Can she be any less of a Bi-Polar female? We will see.

Player Comments:

Rumors have it that there is more evidence from Dragon on being jailed by Mr. Wolf for dropping torches, however this evidence was lost in the Great MCP Flood of 2017.

Kittiwolf told me that he could take my Water's Gun and not give it back as per silas, but when i asked silas he had never talked to him - Matt

Kittiwolf is ambivalent about guarding and players, as well as being very competitive (try hard) which I believe negatively effects relations with everyone else. He is pretty reserved about himself but doesn't mind talking shit. I personally blame this on the wrong people in higher ranks that exhibit the wrong behavior, taking influence on other guards. #DrainTheSwamp - Anon

  Dragon1240's Guard Application
Posted by: Dragon1240 - Dec 24th, 2017, 06:17 PM - Forum: Staff Applications - Replies (13)

What is your IGN?  Dragon1240

How old are you as of now?  15

What is your current playtime on the server? (/playtime) 70.3 hours

When can you play on MCP? Mainly during the mid to late afternoon on weekdays and for the majority of the day during weekends.

What is your timezone? EST (3 hours ahead of server time)

What is your rank on the server? C, however if pending acceptation I will rank up to the required E rank

Do you have any experience with other prison servers? I was apart of the Killion Detention Center's vast network during its prime for a couple of months or so, as well other servers throughout the years,

Do you have any experience with guarding? Give a list of servers and your guard rank (IP if possible). I've been guard twice on MCP in the recent year and have gained a lot of experience and techniques from these past experiences

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes, I have read all the rules and have even enforced them numerous times in the past year, and from enforcing these rules I know that 12.6 volts fixes all your problems.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I'm aware that previously I've been a terrible guard, to some extent, however I knew what I was doing and know what to do in most situations. I'm active and enjoy being on MCP and plan to stay, however just something has been not the same since I was demoted. There's no reason in your right mind why I should be MCP's next guard, but I wish to be. I see guards being left out in riots by other guards or just logging in for a few minutes and leaving letting innocent prisoners to be killed. I hate seeing people leave the server because of this and wish to help MCP's growth by preventing things such as these.

Additional Info: I'm just asking for a Christmas Miracle, asking for another shot, although I will probably be denied if I am to be accepted I wish for that to be the present under my tree tomorrow morning and if I do receive this gift I will then proceed to rank up to E rank to acquire my C-Guard rank. I don't plan to screw another chance up and no intentions and will try my best and teach my brother to stay away from my computer in future events. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

What is up guys! I'm your host MittyIsHere, lets waste no time and get rioooooooooooooght into the news!

MCP Alert Expands!

Jumping right into what is probably the biggest story to date by MCP Alert, the purchase, and rebranding of CDGS Informer. Both parties in this deal agreed to keep most of the information regarding the purchase private. However, we are able to announce that with the purchase of CDGS Informer we have began to expand our company into what we hope will be one of CDGS MCP's first ever long term monopolies. This purchase would not have been possible without the constant support from you guys the fans. We hope that our new sibling paper, CDGS Informer, will live up to what you expect from us and that you give the host and their writers a fair chance at improving and bringing you the best weekly news. Don't start getting worried, no matter what MCP Alert will still be your number one source for news on the weekends!

After One Year on MCP

Today is officially my one year anniversary since joining Minecraft Community Prison, in a year over 700+ Hours of playtime, 30 days worth of playtime, 300+  hours of that being apart of the Staff Team on MCP. I was C-Guard Twice, B-Guard Twice, and A-Guard once. I've opened over 2000 crates and most of them have been shards. I've applied for staff 8 times, being rejected only 6 of those 8 times. I've formed friendships that will probably only last a few months and some that will last years. I've learned the females have pubic hairs and other sexual orientated stuff I would have never learned about. I've been banned 50 times and muted twice, one from Mae and the other from Serrian, of course nothing serious. I've gotten 1 staff member demoted ( <3 you Mit) and have been demoted twice, and have had 3 staff reports on me. I've gotten 4 players banned, 3 of which I was praised for. I've donated $174 and created 1 custom crate item. 23 different staff members have been demoted a total of 27 times, 10 for inactivity. I've won 250+ events, with the majority being laser tag. I lost my secret admirer, Zs for months only for him to come back. I've spent countless nights past my bedtime on MCP forming bonds. I've learned so much from this community and have made numerous friendships, hopefully this time next year I form even more and learn even more.

MCP Alert Logo!

As many of you know we have been attempting to find a creator to make us a logo to define our news organization. Our very own writer, Cpt_PandaPantz, aka NewsDownUnder, has hand created our new logo! After having seen our negotiations fall through she took it upon herself to create our new logo. We are still looking for someone to make a news intro video for MCP Alert for those of you who are interested. Without further ado here is the brand new MCP Alert logo!

MCP Is About To Be A Lot Warmer :The Lispy Story

Alphacoolshskate was banned lashst week from an issshshue that ssharted on the forumss. It all shsarted when AlphaCoolskhsate poshsted, "Gay" in the shsoutbox. He was then banned from the forumshs. He then prochceeded to go on MCP and complain to Shsilas about how he wouldn't ban anyone else if they poshsted, "Gay" in the shsoutbox, thishs than led Shilas to ban AlphaCoolshskate off of MCP, permanently. You will not be mishsed Coolshskate.

Writer Dedication!

As many of you know, PJR creator, owner, and sole writer shut down his news production a few weeks back. However, that may no longer be the case as he reached our to our writer, Cpt_PandaPantz. There have also been rumors that he has reached our to hiring Dragon1240 to write for him as well. While the reports on talks with Dragon1240 have no solid evidence to back these claims we do have proof of him reaching out to Cpt_Panda. Why is this a story though? You may be asking us that, the main reason this is a story is because our writer Panda showed true MCP Alert pride when she turned down his offer with the comment shown below in the photo! Way to go Panda! We love to have you with MCP Alert Wink

Economic section - Issue 2

Welcome to the economy segment of the paper where you will find the best deals on the server!

As per my last issue that I wrote, we do have a competition on who has the better rate for emeralds. Nator27 and Kittiwolf still have the lead with the best price to sell your emeralds at $750 per emerald.  Maelonic and LiteViperMC come in a close second at $725 per emerald.

Plots: Nator27 and Kittiwolf PLot 1 in the Courtyard. Maelonic Plot 32 and LiteViperMC plot 29 in the courtyard.

Now, we have more competition on who has the best price for books.  Boysocute has the best rate per book; however, you must buy in a larger bulk (5 for $1500).  Next is ibalisticbear24 comes $100 more than Boysocute per book ($400) but you can buy one by one.  Finally, kittiwolf is selling books for $500 each.

Plots: Boysocute plot 10, ibalisticbear24 plot 21, and kittiwolf plot 1 in the courtyard.

With food, one more person has stepped into this but with only one item (bread).  If you would like the better price, you should go to Chantallylace's shop with $60 for every 16 bread.  If you don't want to click as much and carry on the cost, then go to Lord63's plot for 64 bread for $1500.  More food items can be found at Chantallylace plot like baked potato, beetroot soup, and cookies.  Get them before the shop runs out.

Plots: Chantallylace plot 16 and Lord63 plot 14 in the courtyard.

If you like speed, then Cpt_PandaPantz has just the item for you, the great speed one boots costing only $35000.  If you need Taser charges, then Cpt_PandaPantz has the item for you at $1500 per one charge.  Also, if you need a dragon egg for any reason, Cpt_PandaPantz has dragon egg(s) for sale at the cost of $30000 per egg.

Plot: Cpt_PandaPantz plot 7 in the courtyard.

LiteViperMC has ender pearls up for grabs if you want them costing $16000 for 16 of them. LiteViperMC also has a sell shop where you can sell your diamonds, even though it is below server price.  LiteViperMC is also buying gold ingot#w and iron ingot#A.  Do /iteminfo to find out if you have either of these amazing items to get a paycheck of $27500 per each one.

Plot: LiteViperMC plot 29 in the courtyard.

Also, Lord63 has xp bottles for $5000 per stack so you might want to grab them fast.  And the last item is a golden apple being sold by Cpt_PandaPantz for $2000.

PLots: Lord63 plot 14 and Cpt_PandaPantz plot 7 in the courtyard.

Finally, after this segment goes live, ads will be able to be purchased at HeadlessCowboy's courtyard plot near block A on the side of the building (Plot 6).  It will cost $100 per ad and make sure you read all of the signs on the side.  Remember, you can make ads for stuff you want to sell and stuff you want to buy.  Here are the refund rates:

If a person's ad doesn't make it in the next paper, then we can offer a partial refund to them which is 10% off of the initial purchase per issue of the paper that it isn't on. You can only be refunded to a total of $75 per ad.

Interview With God Himself!

MittyIsHere: So we have finally got to sit down with Silas_Bowen. Firstly how are you? I feel the first big question we should knock out right away is, how have you kept the motivation for MCP going for so long? We are quickly going on five years and there is no sign of slowing down for this great server. So where do you keep finding the time and motivation to keep up the constant updates.

Silas_Bowen: Thanks for asking, right now I'm doing just fine as it's the holidays. To answer your question I wouldn't say that I have always been motivated for MCP. Theres been times in which I've wanted little to do with the server and ignored/taken a break from it. Ultimately though MCP is my hobby so if I didn't enjoy it to some extent I would not run the server. Luckily when I'm not interested in the server or want a break from it years of development & great staff keep things running.

MittyIsHere: I know the players of MCP enjoy the fact that you have kept the server up and running and without the great staff that we have now that would be little to impossible. A staff member that not a lot of players know his role in things is Zeedin. Are you able to give us some insight as to what he does for the server and what would happen if he one day decided to up and leave the server and no longer contribute to it's growth and life span.

Silas_Bowen: Sounds like he wasn't around for his own interview eh? In seriousness Zeedin has done and does a tremendous amount for MCP. Zeedin literally builds all the maps which is why we have such a distinct prison but that's really just one role he fills when it's time for a new map. All the other time Zeedin runs most of the technical work for the server such as the box itself, forums, and teamspeak which makes MCP what it is. Without his experience we wouldn't have MCP in its pristine form and it might not have even made it this far.

MittyIsHere: Some high praise for the man himself Zeedin. I know some of our older players have nothing but great things to say about Zeedin. Hopefully with this insight to how important he is the MCP the new players will understand a small portion of the work that goes into the server behind the scenes. Moving on. The players talk all the time about their favorite versions and when the server was the greatest. However, I don't believe we have ever heard your personal opinion on this highly debated topic. What version do you personally feel was the biggest version, update, content wise and player activity wise was the most benificial to MCP's success. Building off of that question what do you feel you have added to the server that has had the most impact on the server to keep players interested and continuing to come back?

Silas_Bowen: I may not have addressed MCP or this issue formally but I do have a strong opinion on nolstagia. We hear nonstop on the server  things such as "oh v3 was the best version" "this server is worse than Convicted" basically I liked x so clearly y is bad. In my opinion this is all hogwash as it is just nolstagia and that many of the people who make these comments have not tried to experience the modern server and just have fond previous memories. We spend a lot of time/consideration on most of MCPs features so I truly believe that it's gotten better over time and anyone who gives it a shot will find that true. The server really developed in V5 to its "modern state" and our current version V6 is very well polished particularily after the reset which gave us a clear foundation going forward. Success wise there has been a lot of things which have built on over the years, lots of little improvements here and there ultimately building on top of the server and making it better. All of this and the maturing community has improved the server over time even if it's a niche genre at this point. We don't plan on changing that any time soon as we like what we've made. For one final note I'll say that it's easy for players to remember a server fondly when they played at a much younger age. I myself find myself thinking that way about certain things too but it's important to not let that cloud your opinion of new or current things. If you've had your fill of the game move on or try our current experience but don't expect us to keep the server one way in case you wish to visit it once every few years. We don't wish to hear your baseless nolstalgic whinging so get onboard or leave.

MittyIsHere: Amazing response and great insight on your opinion on that highly debated issue. With that hopefully the debate will finally sizzle out of existance and we can focus on the current version and how to make it better. A few more questions and we can finish up here. A lot of the players feel that our current guard team is bad, don't do their jobs ect ect. Being the main man to hire on these guards what are your thoughts on them? Obviously there have been times in MCP history where you have made bad choices in the eyes of the community but what really goes into picking a new guard or moderator for the server and how do you monitor them for possible promotions or demotions?

Silas_Bowen: Let me preface this by saying throughout the servers history there has always been someone who says the guards are bad whether it is true or not. As far as the current staff goes my opinion of them is that they're doing their job fine despite a few bumbs, if they stop meeting expectations they wouldn't be staff anymore and that has always been the case. For picking new staff it really depends who's applying when we need to fill positions. If there's a time in which there's poor applicants we may hold off on filling spots or in reversve we may stretch a spot when there's a good applicant. Ultimately it comes down to who applys, whether they've annoyed me, been staff before, or will fit the role well in my eyes. When it comes to promoting staff I usually see how long they've been in their current spot and if its been a good amount of time without any issues. Demotions are different as we don't just say "oh this guys bad" we have to have something definitive before anything will happen so as long as there's no major incidents staff will remain staff. We give our staff the benefit of the doubt but when they do tip the scale or make balatent offenses we will demote them even if it takes a while (baseless complaining doesn't tip the scale).

MittyIsHere: One final question to really hit this interview on the head. Over the course of MCP we have seen many players come and go. I feel a big question a lot of the players eventually get to when it's their time to leave is will this server still be running if I decide to come back? So our question to you is this, do you foresee for any reason in the future that MCP will no longer be running? If you can see it when do you feel you will be shutting down MCP or would you find someone you can trust and willing to pay for the server to continue running it for the players who have come to call the server home?

Silas_Bowen: We certainly have seen a lot of players come and go over the years and it's sad to see them go but even on MCP players eventually have their fill. We actually have this exact situation happen on the server now and then, someone logs on after a very long period of inactivity. Usually the first response we get is along the lines of  "woah this server is still up" followed by checking it out/seeing changes then logging off into obscurity once more. We've already passed what I'd say is an average lifespan for a minecraft server but I don't forsee the server shutting down so hopefully we'll have more players rediscovering it. There may be a time in which we don't have time/motivation to work on it at all but MCP will remain up but the server is so developed and self sufficient that it can go on with little care.  I doubt I'll ever find someone or somewhere to run the server as it's my hobby/project and even if I wanted to I doubt anyone could handle taking it over let alone doing so without bastardizing it. That being said we have a very supportive community & donators who pay MCPs bills and as long as that's the case we'll keep it running until it's time for a curtain call. That being said I don't see MCP shutting down in the near future as we've already made it this  far.

MittyIsHere: How do you feel about MCP Alert? :^ )

Silas_Bowen: Fake news sir. In seriousness I think MCP Alert is great even when it stirs the pot. I like to see all the opinions and long interviews like this one and hope it'll continue into the future.

What's going on guys I'm your host Killer MittStarrr lets get riiiiiight into the news!

Problem Players:

Around 10 AM EST, a C blocker going by the name of Fullysick and Meifwa_Leader started a rain of Toxicity on MCP remarks. This only came to an end when both players had left the server. At this time no Staff Member where online at this time to do anything about these toxic C’s. Player Mattmab soon posted a Forms post about these player leading to Sr-Guard masterovie to get on and ban Fullysick. This story may be updated if new information comes out.

Song of the Week!

In the introduction issue welcoming you guys to the brand new CDGS Informant I mentioned we will be bringing several new segments to you guys. The first new segment will be a music video of the week. Each and every week on our Friday issue we will post a music video that we feel is either popular or just some of our favorites. If you have a song you feel would fit for song of the week then send it in to us via the pm feature and it may make the news!

The first song of the week is 'I'm Not Racist' by Joyner Lucas. As always I am late on the music scene and never really listen or find music when it first hits the internet however this song has a strong message and seems to still be going strong despite being posted nearly a month ago.

Events!

I had attempted to do this previously when MCP Alert first began to build a public image. However, many things were going on in my life and one of our most anticipated events fell through. This time however planning will be more thought out and will happen. I am of course referring to the Yu-Gi-Oh tournament! If you are interested in participating comment your name. Sign-ups for this will end Friday evening and teams if needed will be announced much like the last time. When the participants are announced we will announce the time, date, rules and everything in between. We hope to have the turn out we had last time.
