May i state this first. Despite playing many many hours on MCP I've never played any of them as a guard but being friends with guards and being in ts in general with them. Majority come to the consensus that guarding in MCP can be a pain in the rump. My biggest example of this is my good friend Nator. When he first joined guard he was bullied both by the other guards and powerful PvP Players constantly without a chance of getting a break. Staring at the ground to avoid being force baited out because someone has a sword. Personally i'd love to become a guard once i get enough hours and such but the reminder that im essentially throwing away the ability to generate revenue besides the small amount of money the game gives you for guarding.  That being said time to stop rambling and get to the point.

Guards need the ability to "Turn off" Guard mode and just resort to playing as a normal player so they can get personal time to do things as well without being called to C because someone is tormenting the new prisoners again and slaughtering them. Something along the lines of Every 1 Hour of Guarding a 10-15 Min break sorta deal. Enchant,Mine,Smelt Cuz lets be honest the pay-grade is not exactly great for guards.

I usually work nights between the hours of 3pm and 10pm but If I'm not working, there is a strong chance I'm spending a good slice of my day here.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?
Minecraft Community Prison is the place I spend the majority of my free time. I enjoy playing and interacting with the community because this place is kind of like my home away from home and I want to see it grow! Regardless of who you are, even if historically I've had issues with certain people on the server I still manage to have meaningful conversations with them. I won't go as far as saying I'm unbiased, but I do get along and play with everyone, I don't see myself belonging to one group of people. I accept criticism and will always strive to help the community. I do really care about this place and to me, it is very disheartening to see players who join only to cause chaos and really make the experience an unenjoyable one. I do understand the rules thoroughly and reread them quite often for any updates or changes.

Additional Information:
I understand I've been denied in the past; lastly because the server needs more variety of staff. I'm not exactly sure what that means but I will try to address it anyways. I will admit that when it comes to the other staff members that I am close to all of them, particularly Maelonic, LittleLea and Miner01; that's no secret. Instead of seeing that as a weakness or a reason I should be denied, I see it as a strength. I have a strong connection with all the staff and I talk pretty thoroughly with all of them. I've learned through watching them what is appropriate and what is not. I know what is expected of me and where the line is drawn. I feel that I can take on this position maturely and give people a fair and caring moderator. I've been here awhile and I'm pretty familiar with the rules, even the more rather unspoken ones. I was an admin on a server over a year ago before the server went down. I still talk to the guy now and then. I also made my own server when (PieLand) went down. It had some people on it but not enough to keep the server open.

I've read the guard rules inside out
The rules in the info room are almost the same as the rules on here. There are only a few things missing in the info room. Most of the rules are common sense the only thing that's gonna take time to remember are the jail times. most things are 5 minutes but that chain armor.

I'm an old player and I have tones of experience knowing the rules of the prison.
I do understand that I have mistakes in the past and I hope that does not affect this application today. its been a long time since I've done anything bad on the server or anything that was game breaking. I know MCP inside and out so I can help a new player with any questions that they may have. I enjoy helping new playing and greeting them when they join. Even if I don't get guard I will still enjoy helping new players when they join the server. I would also like to record what happens when I am a guard so I have proof of everything that happens.

Yes I do have previous experience with other prison servers, I was active on Killion Detention until it was shut down, and have been playing on MCP for over a year and a half now.

Yes I do have previous experience with guarding, I was guard twice in my time on MCP, the first time I was guard for 4 months and made it up to A-Guard, and the second time I was guard for around 3 months and made it up to B-Guard

Yes I have read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules. Including the ones in the info room. I also understand the rules as I have enforced these rules multiple times. I also know that MCP is run by REEEEEEE.
Why should we pick you to be our next guard?
In my year and a half+ on the server I have always been somewhat active and apart of the community. I noticed that it seems the server is looking for new staff and new protectors of the server, and I want to be one of those protectors. I have hundreds of hours of experience as a guard from previous times when I have been guard and know how to react in situations in which a new guard might not. I wish to further help the community and I am currently limited with how much I can help the community by being a normal prisoner.I understand the current guarding system very well and am constantly striving to make it better. I know the server better than most of the currently active players and wish to spread my knowledge to new players. This is why I think you should pick me to be your next protector.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?  You should pick me as the next moderator because I would love to help new players and even players in general during their experience on MCP. I want to keep the chat clean of any toxicity or anything that will annoy or offend other players. I want MCP to be a safe place for people to come on and relax and play what makes them happy or gets their minds off of things. I try to be a very friendly person to everyone on the server and even though I've had issues with people in the past, I hope it doesn't interfere with my opportunities to become staff in the future. I am aware of my inactivity throughout the last year, getting on and leaving for months, but I plan on staying Moderator or not. I've lost interest in MCP the past year and now I'm picking it back up and actually enjoy playing it again, and I would love to help others while I'm here. I've tried to be hired as Mod many times, and I do believe this is my chance, I do have experience with chat moderating due to my past position of A-Guard.  I will try my hardest to make MCP a better place or even better place than it is right now. Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?: As said in previous applications, I'd like to become a Moderator so that I may do my part in making the server a better place for all. More often than not, there are no staff members on when I'm online, and sometimes, that can be a problem. CDGS has become a home away from home for me, and I really do love this server. I've seen many places like this in my day, but none of them have held up quite like CDGS.
