Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?  You should pick me as the next moderator because I would love to help new players and even players in general during their experience on MCP. I want to keep the chat clean of any toxicity or anything that will annoy or offend other players. I want MCP to be a safe place for people to come on and relax and play what makes them happy or gets their minds off of things. I try to be a very friendly person to everyone on the server and even though I've had issues with people in the past, I hope it doesn't interfere with my opportunities to become staff in the future. I am aware of my inactivity throughout the last year, getting on and leaving for months, but I plan on staying Moderator or not. I've lost interest in MCP the past year and now I'm picking it back up and actually enjoy playing it again, and I would love to help others while I'm here. I've tried to be hired as Mod many times, and I do believe this is my chance, I do have experience with chat moderating due to my past position of A-Guard.  I will try my hardest to make MCP a better place or even better place than it is right now. I've donated, voted, and I always try to help players out even now as a player.
I know a lot of people think I just come back to try and get staff but I truly don't just want staff, I want to help the server out and If I don't get Mod then I'll stay as a loyal MCP player and continue playing and hope for the next time.
I truly believe that I can do this job and do it right, I won't let anyone down and will always fulfill my duties. I hope that many of you see that I'm not a bad person and I just want people to have  a fun safe time on this server.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?: As said in previous applications, I'd like to become a Moderator so that I may do my part in making the server a better place for all. More often than not, there are no staff members on when I'm online, and sometimes, that can be a problem. CDGS has become a home away from home for me, and I really do love this server. I've seen many places like this in my day, but none of them have held up quite like CDGS.
Additional Information: I figured right now would be a good time to apply considering the fact Maelonic was just promoted to Warden and we are down a Moderator (Congrats Mae!). Silas said in a previous comment that I should "reapply later in the summer" and that he wanted a "veteran player". I think that I've checked those two boxes off, but Tiss but a scratch. I think that enchanting should be slightly overhauled/updated. My main points are "Sweeping Edge" for swords and the ability to enchant Elytras. Mending is kind of out of the question, seeing as how you can't even use an anvil properly, and Mending is only found in books (which are also hard as hell to find because villager trading is disabled). I was just thinking of this because I was flying around on my Elytra and noticed that it was about to break, so I tried to repair it to no avail. The enchanting table also does not recognize it as an enchantable item, which kind of bummed me out

Instead of buffing the guards more and more until they stop getting bumm raped why don't we look at other solutions?

Solution 1: Start ranking players by their GKDR ( Guard Kill Death Ratio) and then if a guard engages in a player with a high GKDR then the guard will get more buffs. For the formula I would suggest Guard Kills * 2 / Deaths from a Guard * 1.5 If a guard is tagged by a player with a high GKDR then the guard will get higher buffs temporarily until he is hit by the same player or another player with a similar GKDR. If a player with a high GKDR constantly tries to suicide by punching a guard over and over after respawn then their GKDR will not move and they will be jailed for longer.

Solution 2: If a guard is tagged more than 5 times by 2 or more players they are given extra buffs. Depending on the amount of tags from different people decides the amount of buffs to give the guard.

Solution 3: Give the guards better gear, I have noticed when fighting guards if they are able to kill someone and acquire extra gaps they generally last longer / do better in fights. I would suggest giving the guards more gaps or atleast the ability to buy guard gapples in the armory.

P.S. I'm not cougarboy even though these suggestions are shit however could be better if actually put thought into

Additional info: Don't get me wrong, I'm pissed that this person scammed me for a base they already torched, but I'm even more pissed that this person scammed me for a faction member's base they already torched. In the logs above, you can clearly see (due to my wonderful coloring skills) what it is that she said, and why they're blatant lies. She said the base was still in tact, and she said she "only took the good shit". As you can see in the screenshots, they didn't even bother to put the last little bit of fire out before I got there, so I know it wasn't some freak accident like "Oh, I had 10000 creepers chase me through the house!" I'm basing this off of the "no scamming" principal. This, to me, is like telling someone you're going to sell them a stack of cocaine, and giving them sugar you renamed "cocaine" in an anvil.
