it would be for maybe chat spam it was a long time ago. it was probably for something stupid.

What is your current playtime on the server? (/playtime) well, it's at 13.7 hours but its reset so many time its so much higher than that.

When can you play on MCP? most of the time when I get home. 4:00 unless I'm in town at work. I only work 3 times a week.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?
    I enjoy playing on the server and I like helping players when they first join the server. The staff is really friendly and I would like to join them and help keep people when they need help. I have a computer that can record anything that happens. I also have Teamspeak and skype and a few other ways of communicating with people. I know most of the rules. I've seen the server change so much over the year. whenever I'm online I always see people swearing or saying rude things in the chat and I cant do anything to stop them. if I was mod I could warn them. I've noticed when I'm online I don't see much staff online. I would like to keep things in order when I'm online.

Additional Information:
it does not matter if this gets rejected cuz I'm still gonna help the new people when they join. ATM when I'm on the server there's no staff on and if I became a mod I would hope there would be at least 1 staff on. I feel like that's a goal there should be. having 1 staff on the server 24/7 so when new people join there will always be someone to help them.

When can you play MCP: I can play the rest of the Easter brake Everyday for 4 hours, and on weekends for 4 hours, also after school 3:35 pm till 7:00 pm.

Do you have any experiences with other prison servers: Yes ive played other prison servers such as Purpleprison.net and more.
Do you have any experience with guarding on other servers: No this will be my first time so if i become guard i will be very grateful and happy.

        I really enjoy playing on this server. The staff here are really friendly and I would like to be apart of that team. I do have Teamspeak and will be available to chat while I am playing. Also do to the fact that summer is just around the corner and school gonna go out there will be an influx of new players. I have been chatting with several of the mods and many players and I seem to get along pretty well. "I will not be triggered"

Additional Information: I am aware that the moderators team is currently full and if this app is denied I am still going to help players in need. I value honesty and integrity and a solid work ethic.

What is the bug: Dragon1240's Lisp (The Crate Item) is still able to be placed in the main hand.
Where is this bug located: Anywhere a player has perms too.
How can we recreate it: 1. Hold Lisp. 2. Right click on block in area you can place blocks. 3. Regret everything

1. Is your idea logical? Yes.
2. Could it be done easily? Yes.
3. Has something like it been done before? From what I could find, the plot limit was enacted originally somewhere in 2014. I could not find any suggestion that was created about increasing or removing the plot limit.
4. Has this idea been suggested before? Not that I could find.

The plot limit is 2, which on a highly populated server would be no issue especially with the amount of plots on MCP. However, because there is a rather small (but close-knit) community, the value of plots is rather low. Walk around /plots, the courtyard, or even the mega areas and you will find plots that are empty and/or not owned. Tack on the fact that some plots have exorbitant prices that few people can afford, you get plots that are empty for potentially months. Also remove the undesired plots altogether to make areas more appealing.

Plot values would rise if most of the desired ones were purchased. The common occurrence of plots being sold for $1 only to buy another plot would end. (I have personally paid $1 for a cy plot, and 15% of the cost of a /plots plot.)

A harder to implement solution that would also address the suggestion would be to add a tax above a certain amount of plots owned. For example, your first 2 plots would have a 0% tax rate and subsequent plots could have any percentage tax you wanted, or just a standard price (say $3k/day or any desired amount). If the player did not have enough money to pay the tax, they would have 3 days to pay the tax + a fee to keep their plot, or it would be repossessed.

There are two types of lotto offered here at HeadlessCowboy lottery such as the power ball and the one draw.
Both of these lotto tickets can be bought at courtyard plot 6 near block A. 
The power ball only costs $250 per entry and one draw costs $1000 per entry.

Now into more details about both of them:

As mentioned before, power ball tickets only cost $250 per entry;
however, keep in mind that the ticket is only valid for whichever is the shortest of the following two options:

1) One week (7 draws per each ticket)

or

2) When someone wins the pot

Now, when you buy a power ball ticket you have to send me the following:

1) The correct numbers in correct order on each power ball ticket in a PM on the forums (pick a number from that range including 1 and 16 with the normal numbers and 1 and 64 for power ball number):

1 - 16 1 - 16 1 - 16 1 - 16 1 - 16 (1 - 64)
(There will be five numbers in order with the possibility of 1 through 16 and the Power ball number with the possibility of 1 through 64)

2) To know the pot value will always start at 10k and will increase with this formula: previous value + (number of extra tickets bought after the last drawing * $250  *  .90 ).

So, the first one will only be 10k but the next one is going to be greater.

3) If you did get the Power ball number it is a full refund of your ticket which would be $250.

4) The winner will have all of the pot in this lottery.

5) Numbers will be picked by a number generator.

At the end of each month, I will draw the winner for the one draw for the month. 
You can take the lump sum of 90% of the winnings upfront or you can do a payment plan. 
The payment plan will give you 95% if the winnings at a 1/6 pace per month for six months so they are all equal payments to a total of 95% of the pot. 
If there needs to be any rounding, only the last three payments will be rounded up.
Keep in mind one entry is $1,000.

Example:

The pot for the one draw is:

$120,000 for the end of March.  The payout would be either

1) $108,000 per lump sum

2) $19,000 per month for six months for a payment total of $114,000
