Why should we pick you to be our next guard?

Ok so while i LOVE guarding more than just about anything, i wasn't planning on applying again in about 6 months. However i saw a sign saying you were accepting apps so i decided to try. Now ill answer the question. when i was still a guard originally it was my favorite thing ever, I enjoy helping the new players, I love protecting everyone from the menaces of the prison, And overall just being a part of the community, I feel that i also know a lot about guarding as a whole from when i was a guard. And if i do get guard back I will do the best i can to help the server, help all of the new and old players with whatever they need, and of course i am not gonna give out drugs (only an idiot would do that)

Why should we unban you? You should unban me because I never cheated, the ban was shortened which I appreciate but if I never cheated I shouldn't get a ban at all. The last topic was locked. My rocky past was cited, and I cannot deny it was a bad past but I don't think I should be profiled on the way my past went and I firmly stand behind my position that I was never cheating.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? As most of the players know I have been around for longer then 90% of this servers population and have consistently been a play on this server. A lot of common players i already know and I can't think of a single player of the top of my head that dislikes be which is good because it shows i don't have issues with the community. Being someone that is friendly with the players is definitely an essential aspect of being staff and specifically when being a mod because your purpose is to interact with the community and basically be the eyes and helpers of the server. That being said my iteration with the community is already adequate for being the next mod on MCP.
          Now being one of the old players obviously i know how this server works and how you (Silas) prefers to run the server. Me being a former rule breaker and trouble causer is 100% something that gives me a better experience of the rules then just being a bystander to rule breakers unlike the other mod options. Of course there are some other mod options that could look better then me because obviously lots of people want this position but in all honesty none of them have been around as long as I have and based on my experience with the other applicants I would consider myself a definitely good options because of my patience. I have extremely high amounts of patients compared to the other applicants and i know this because I've been told multiple times that i have incredible patients, i did not for this opinion of my self on my own. Dealing with some of these players on this server will and does take lots of patience because I have worked with a lot of these players because because I was also Guard not to long ago and new players looked to me for guidance because they see bright color titles and think "Oh staff, they will help me" so obviously I've help people out before even when i wasn't guard. Patience with annoying players and/or rule breakers is extremely necessary because people loved getting under other players skin, specifically staff, and me have patience would greatly prevent me from reaction out of anger or frustration (cough, cough, movie, cough, cough). And besides, an insult Tiss but a scratch.
          Being a mod on this server is something I have also been striving for on this server for a very very long time. I think i have applied about 3 times not including this app, so clearly this is something i really want. This being said it shows my dedication to becoming staff in this server because i very much enjoy this server. I will do anything required to become a mod because I really really want this position. Now because someone says this to me I' going to address it directly, I have not been active for a while, Well i have a reason for this, I started school and had a lot going on with Work and random stuff to do. but i have fix my personal issues and now have a set work schedule making me capable of devoting time to playing on MCP. I also said this when applying for guard going inactive and resigning was inevitable for me as a guard because pvping on a potato is something that doesn't always work out as planned. Moderating chat is something I am extremely capable of because first off i enjoying reading chat because what else is a laggy player supposed to do besides just sitting around mining. So in addition to being someone that likes to read chat I now have a set schedule that allows me to actually be active so everyone is going to start seeing me a lot more because i actually have time to play.
          And final I very often talk on discord, TS and in game with staff so clearly I have a strong understanding of how stuff is being run on this server. I am very familiar with the Mod rules, server rules and even guard rules because this knowledge is necessary in order to actually be helpful for players with questions.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yep, I been playing MCP for long enough to know the rules even the unofficial rules. I also decided to reread all the rules just so I can refresh my memory of them all.  REEEEEEE

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I feel I’m a good pick for a guard because of my past experience, I understand the tricks and how to deal with situations which you face as a guard. I understand however the can be a double sided sword as we should give opportunities to those others who have not been a guard before.  I feel I am one who likes to look out for those who are often overlooked by the big players. I understand that many here don’t like me and that’s fine, I'm not denying I have said stuff in the past and been an idiot on the forums, but I have never been banned before (unless it one of those sign bans) and only occasionally been muted for silly stuff like caps and arguments. I know being a nice person is not just what being a guard is about and I don’t like to toot my own horn but I think I am “good” at pvp so do with that whatever. Not to mention it but I was a guard in the past but resigned, however, I would really like to give it another shot.

Why should we unban you? Because I never logged onto mcp with a client, I joined then my game crashed and I loaded it back up to re-join the server and I was banned for hacks.

Why was I banned? that's what im asking. My sister, Anne2425, got banned a couple days ago for "advertising" (she said all she said was 'Im going on hypixel now' or something). So a day or so later, I get on my main account (never had an alt on this server before) and get immediately perma banned for "Ban bypass", as if I was Anne2425's alt. I then got on with my alt for the first time to see if it was a mistake, and it gets perm banned as well.
Am I At Fault? no I didn't do nuffin

Was I Fined and do I deserve reimbursement? I was fined of the hour it took me to find and post this appeal, when I have no idea why I was banned in the first place


Additional Info: I have a theory to why I was banned that might be plausible, although it doesnt have anything to do with ban bypassing, as the original reason for punishment states. So the day before (I think) my ban, I was on late at night when there was only one other dude on (dragon-something, cant remember but its not the guard dragon). While we were talking, a brand new C prisoner hopped on and we chatted with him a bit. Mid-chat, he said he liked us and he told us he was working on a server currently that he was planning on opening up in a couple weeks. He said he needed helpers, and asked me and dragon-something whether we wanted to help him build. I said yes, dragon-sometting said he had to log off for the night, but maybe another time. I proceeded to go on to the dude's server and help him for the night. The dude said to come help him again the next day, if possible. The next day I tried to get on his server, but it was shut down and I didnt know why. So, I hopped onto convicted and dragon-something was online. I said "Hey dragon, did you ever get onto (dude's name)'s server?" Thats it. Didnt tell him to get on, didnt mention an IP, nothing. Simply asked if he ever ended up logging on. Then- immiedately perma banned for "Ban Bypass". Whether this was the reason or not, this whole ordeal is wack
