Why were you banned? Use of client
Are you at fault? No.
What was your rank on MCP? Baron
Why should we unban you? You should unban me because I never cheated, the ban was shortened which I appreciate but if I never cheated I shouldn't get a ban at all. The last topic was locked. My rocky past was cited, and I cannot deny it was a bad past but I don't think I should be profiled on the way my past went and I firmly stand behind my position that I was never cheating.
Where you fined and do you think you deserve reimbursement? N/A

Like I stated in your previous appeal I am not going to act on your past because I personally have no experience it plus so far with me you've been pleasant. What I did act on is the fact that you are not a new player and I can bet that you know the rules pretty well. Unless your ban is acted on by higher staff your two-week tempban stands. This ban is not unlike any other bans I have given for similar situations.

What does that mean and what does it have to do with him cheating or not cheating.

There are 3 videos I took in total with that being one of them. The bannable offense was not in this video.
That quote basically means that he is not a new player thus he has a slightly longer punishment vs what I would get a newer player for the same offense.
Four other staff have looked at the other video I have and confirmed it.
