Why should we pick you to be out next guard? You should pick me to be the next guard cause i could be very good my pvp skills have gotten better and i know i was demoted for being staff on other servers but i am not staff on any servers now and i love the server i help new player's alot and introduce them to mcp and cdgs i ask them to vote but not right away i tell them how to get to the mines if they ask and i tell them about the cool stuff you can get in the point shop i make sure they enjoy there time on the server and not get killed right off the back and i try helping them get to more ranks so they can have the best experience on mcp and the whole entire cdgs server it has been lowering players and it's really great if when could get them to stay and that's what i want to try doing getting the new players to stay and get protected and protect other players from others if they cant fight that well and old players are getting inactive lately and it would be great if they could stay and then have them help and other stuff give suggestions and have ideas cause in my opinion mcp if a free place to think and put your ideas there in the forums suggestion from all the players that still play

    King of the hill: ( i know its not original but its fun )  each player is given a knockback V Stick  when they enter,  the top of the hill could be a 6x6 Square or any size.  When the event starts everyone is teleported outside of the hill at equal distances so its fair.  the first player to be on the hill for 30 seconds wins the event.  I wouldn't make the hill Very steep as it would be easy for the player on the hill to knock them off.

          Diamond in a Hay stack:  Each player is given a stone pickaxe when they enter the event,  the objective is too find the diamond ore / Diamond block in the hay stack. the hay stack can be in any shape you want it too be and the diamond ore / diamond block can be anywhere in that hay stack. the players have to dig the hay and find the Diamond ore / Diamond block to win.  Its a really simple and fun.

So this is a bug for Mcp and Hcf but I just posted it on here.... Have you noticed how many people will join then leave and repeat that multiple times because they can't log in... It even happens to me so I ran some tests to see what it wrong. I tried Direct Connect does the same thing... and so does logging in regularly. So I went to .minecraft then Servertextures then deleted the mcp texture pack. I joined mcp on direct connect and regularly it worked just fine. Please look into fixing the texture pack because I really like to use it. Thanks for reading - Cougar

Okay so here is the plan, short and sweet.

We are re-brand CDGS and the servers under it into there own entity under CDGS. So MCP will be listed under MCP and HCF under HCF, the reason being that to many kids find the "hub" concept to confusing. They will still be on the network just it wont be advertised as one.

Also updating HCF add/fix things on there, and the same goes for MCP just not as hard core.

Then dumb a shit ton into advertising about $300-$600 and this is all coming out of pocket for me and Silas

After MCP and HCF get going strong then work on Rush.

Then one day I hope to make a tower defense like game that scales form 1-100+ players. Where you build your own "tower" and you hold is as long as you can and can never win like COD Zombies, O and kill fuck tons of dudes and feel like a god, kuz who doesn't like committing genocide.

It's clear that MCP traffic is currently declining and there are several reasons why, this is purely my opinion but I know some people will agree. MCP has some players (not named here) who do everything they can to piss people off and I believe that does drive some players away. Also this is supposed to be a community server but the community usually makes bad suggestions, prime example is the black market, it was suggested so many times, every time it was suggested Silas would come back and tell them it would be dead content and finally he listened but what happened? He was right nobody uses the black market, the black market would only be useful if you were not able to sell contraband items anywhere but there and MCP had many more guards and the prison was smaller so you would have a better chance of being caught while making one of these deals. Also I think that the server lacks change but I feel like it's mainly the fault of the community because no half decent suggestions are made and people complain that the server is dead but the server will not grow without an active player base who are playing for fun and helping others instead of being asshats all the time. All we need to do is get an active player base who is here for fun and make good suggestions and maybe the wardens would be motivated to do something, if we just sit here and say MCP is dead then it will only continue to die so make just please make good suggestions, be nice to people, and play here for fun so we can thrive m8s.
