What is the bug: You can block glitch on top of a slab and jump out of the prison.

Where is this bug located: Above C on the guard block through 2 iron doors that lead to a viewing area.

How can we recreate it: Block glitch on top of the slab and walk out of the prison.

I have a 19x36 plot with a basement and a height extension and can't decide what to build on it, any and all ideas are appreciated.
