Additional info: We all were on ts and we Noticed about eve and how suspicious he was. I decided to record and this is what we got. I notified all staff about eve and we set up a trap to catch him hacking, It worked! I really don't what to get into this war between them all I'm simply the guy making the report. I will comment question and ext if needed. Notice in the vidios his head twitching do what you must with that.

All Mods on at the time Also believe he is hacking so..

Who banned you? Not sure it's been a year or two I think.
When were you banned? (Time/Date) Since I attempted to come back I guess today. I thought it'd be over by now, but I guess not.
Why were you banned? I don't really know but it had something to do with zero99x.
Are you at fault? No.
What was your rank on MCP? Doesn't matter i'm good with any rank. I'd just like to come back to an old server I enjoyed.
Why should we unban you? I never did anything and zero99x is no longer here; he has gotten into the military and he even got into honor guard in Washington dc. doing drill in the rain and whatever.
Were you fined and do you think you deserve reimbursement? I was never fined, nor do I need repaying of any sort.
Additional info: Is there something more behind why I can't come back it's not like my brother can tell me 1. he wont tell me 2. he's busy these days. I don't know what he did ; he's not coming back, since has his own life going now. Why do I have to pay for the things he's done?

How Long Have You Played On MCP? Early to mid July of 2017

Have You Ever Been: Banned, Muted, Kicked? At this point I have been Banned, Muted and Kicked multiple times.

If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long? I've been Banned because I lack the skill and speed necessary to run from Silas's Ban Hammer as a result I have received a couple of two minute Bans. The Mutes and Kicks were all for testing reasons. I have never had a mod, guard or warden punish me for acting out.

What is your current playtime on the server? As of writing this application I have 607.9 hours on the server.

When can you play on MCP? I can play in the mornings and late at night throughout the week. I usually work mid day EST.

What is your rank on the server? My current rank is Baron.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I'll try not to repeat my last applications. I never thought I'd get over 600 hours on a Minecraft server before, none of my steam games have that much playtime. Even combined all my steam games don't compare. MCP has became my home and I enjoy waking up to get on MCP in the mornings, and at night when I get off work. I love the people as well, even the ones that like to stir the pot, and boy do they stir it.  snoopdawg (Eve) This is one of the reason why I want to be mod. There are times where it is not longer fun and it gets out of hand. I want to be a force that can calm things down while still remaining fair, even if that means criticism and chaos follows after, I promise, I will not be triggered. I may have only been a mod for a short time in the past, but even in that short time I had tremendous support. I want to support MCP further and keep it fun.

Additional Information: Please note I am aware that mods are currently full. This application only serves as my foot in the door when a position opens up.

Do you have any experience with other prison servers: Prison servers have been my mainstay in Minecraft, so I've been playing prisoner servers almost exclusively for the past 5 years with a mix between OP and Classic prisons.
Do you have any experience with guarding? Give a list of servers and your guard rank: I guarded on Killion during it's peak and reached the rank of A-Guard and was put into consideration for Head-Guard but failed to achieve it due to the community vote, not based on Merit.
Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room:Sure a couple times
Why should we pick you to be our next guard: Well even though I believe that 12.6 Volts fixes all problems, I think that I bring a nice calm demeanor to the already existing troupe of guards, which I hope to one day call my "Competent Companions", but alas I have been guard on many occasions but all but one-time have I been demoted due to inactivity, but I can finally say with 100% certainty that this will not happen this time due to having Senior-Itis and not being devoted to school. Thanks for the considerations

4. Has this idea been suggested before? I don't think so.  (Search on forums didn't yield anything)

Pretty much the idea is a small room which puts you into afk so you cannot be kicked while you are writing in a book. While in this room your timer for hours spend on the server stops so you wont gain time.  Maybe a room as small as the elevator to discourage a lot of players from using it at once.

I would also suggest paying to use it to prevent a lot of people from simply using it as /afk and/or having it in the donor section.

Feedback please.

Due to Daylight's Saving Time events had been pushed up by a hour. They start at 1 PST instead of 2. While this may interfere with students (Like 96% of MCP's Playbase) getting out of school in time to take part in events this would prevent those in the later timezones from having to leave in the middle of events for dinner or in some cases depending on your timezone even go to bed. The only thing that would need to be changed is the messages saying what time events start. I would like other people's opinions in on this aswell.

Ok I wanted to do something really different so I want to do a face reveal since like 6 people know what I look like I thought it'd be fun if everyone knew.  If I get a lot of support I'll make another post with me on it, and yes you can roast me on whatever everything is allowed.  Thought this would be fun so if I get lots of support I'll do it

We received a lot of positive feedback regarding the potential addition of monetary fines.

It seems fines are a logical step to discouraging offenses & deflating the economy in a way classical punishment doesn't. These fines will be implemented on a per case basis and will be an added option for Moderators, Head/Sr Guards, and Wardens.

A lot of ideas for a judicial system have been suggested over the years but ultimately it's not feasible when it comes to running the server smoothly.

Applying fines:
Permitted staff will manually apply financial fines to applicable offenders after default punishment is issues (mute/ban). Staff are not required by any means to hand out fines but if doing so they must not selectively enforce favouring their friends.

Fines must follow guidelines and not exceed set amounts. This is a high responsibility for staff and the command must always be executed correctly in full.
The command to fine a player is /fine <name> <amount>
For players total fine counts can be seen with /fines.
Staff may see their total amount issued in fines with /finesissued.

Players may not be fined if they are the following:
- E rank or below
- Less than 20 hours playtime
- Below 75k in balance including faction balances & alt accounts. If a user has significant money in a faction/alt you may base the fine on that if you see reasonable.

Fine-able offenses include the following:

Excessive mutes - A player who frequently violates chat rules may be fined $5,000-$50,000 depending on the frequency, severity, and occurrence of their violation.

Temporary bans - Players temporarily banned for offenses that "should have known better"to do may be fined. The fine is recommended to be $50,000-$100,000 per day of the temporary ban. Fine amount must not be more than 1/3rd of their balance. These fines must be well thought out and seeking the opinion of other staff members is recommended.

Permanent bans - Players permanently banned will receive hard fines. If the player should have known better than to commit their offense they may be fined $50,000-$2,500,000 depending on the offense and the likelihood of them being unbanned (higher chance of them being unbanned via appeal = higher fine). These fines must be well thought out and seeking the opinion of other staff members is recommended. These fines must not be over 1/3rd of a players balance.

If there is an incident regarding fines contact a higher up staff member such as a Warden.
