Add All Quartz type blocks to the Blockshop as they're highly used as creation and building blocks and it would be really nice and convient to have them in there.

What is the bug: Cells not fully clearing and leaving the images on the walls behind after the owner has stopped paying the cells rent
Where is this bug located: C block cells
How can we recreate it: simply look at the current ones already in the cells or rent a cell and wait for the timer to finish and watch it not clear

Halloween is trash and gives crazy people the best opportunity to not only kidnap children who are trick or treating without parents, but they also get to add Dimethylmercury into candy.  Christmas you get to spend with family, not shitty scary music but nice peaceful and loving music.  Halloween you just get loads of candy which causes obesity.  Christmas you can make a turkey which is good.  Also MCP-wise, Christmas time lasts the entire month due to /advent  , and the Christmas point contest, and the plot contest and Christmas crates.  but Halloween doesn't have anything besides crates and a plot contest that barely anyone joins.  Christmas you get to enjoy filling stockings, finding presents for family and decorating the Christmas tree.  Halloween is simply, trash.
