Harvesting poppys throughout the prison

What is the bug: Being able to harvest for select poppys throughout the prison.
Where is this bug located: Using a sickle to harvest for select poppys in the prison (found in E area) 
How can we recreate it: get a sickle and attempt to harvest for select poppys in the prison area.

I vaguely remember something like this last map when you click on any poppy.
