Everytime a player drops an item, it will auto clear after 4-5 seconds of being on the ground, no warning whatsoever.

It isn't like people didn't lose iron before the sell all sign if they didn't log into HCF for a while and voted a lot still on MCP.

I mean the same thing happened to me multiple times when I've been inactive on HCF. You can throw out the  iron out of your inventory though as you're receiving it and you can continue getting your rewards.
