Can’t teleport while shopping

I do /f home then try to open /shop and it works but it cancels the /f home even if I don’t move.

If you do /spawn then /shop, the shop menu opens in tell you tp away if you don't move but the shop menu goes away after the tp.  Just to add more detail about this.
