Why should we pick you to be our next moderator?: I have been moderator for MCP in the past but was demoted over something rather stupid. In my mind I was if not a close second one of the most active and efficient staff members at the time. In my own eyes, and I am sure people would agree with me, I was one of the better mods during my time as moderator. If I was to be moderator again I would make sure to be an even better mod then I was the first time, and if at all possible one of the better mods that are active, and always doing their job. If I was given a second chance at mod I would be sure to not let the same stupid situation that had caused my demotion the first time, to happen again, making sure everything that could be found offensive is ran by a warden or the owner first before going through with doing it.

Additional info: Yes, I know I was just recently demoted from the moderator position for something stupid. In reality I did not think that people would be completely offended by a simple skin, and the short break from MCP, short being four or five days xD, was because I figured I was acting rather childishly over the situation, now I am not going to lie in an application because it would get me nowhere, there are a few members of MCP that I simply can't stand for the simple fact that I don't like them. If I was given a second chance at being mod I wouldn't abuse my power to pick on the people I don't like for the simple fact that I believe that I didn't abuse the power the first time so why would I do it the next time. I know I did argue with Ferr after my demotion and do things childishly that would also effect me not being chosen to be mod again. But, putting the past behind us, I would only wish that we can leave the past in the past, and look forward to the future of MCP. Yes, I know that the issue and everything else over the skin can not be forgotten, but they can be left in the past like mistakes tend to be left. Well I think that is everything I need/want to say. So thank you for your time in reading this application.

Why should we unban you? because it was my friend who built it and I didn't even know it was illegal if I were to have built it.
Additional info: I will never build a nether portal in the prison again. And I know its just a temp ban but I am so dedicated to MCP that I will be super duper sad if it continues for 6 more days.

-Why should we pick you to be out next guard?: You should pick me to be a guard because I am very experienced on MCP, and I know the rules very well. I am also pretty good at PvP, and I want to help stop all the PvP in C. I also see a lot of people killing guards, and preventing them from doing their job to protect all the players. I always see people in god armor, killing anyone they can in C, no matter if they're a guard, or a new player, or just some noob. I really feel bad for all these new players, who don't know much about the server, and then get killed by some guy in diamond god armor, and they get called noobs, and then leave the server. I believe that we need more guards to help with this issue. Right now, we only have 10 guards, and 2 of those are SilverChronium and LaughNGamez, I really don't have much of a problem with that, its just that they're taking up spaces for other people who want to be guards (no offense silas), who could be the next Great guard (like me ). I believe that 10 guards still isn't enough, and we need more people who can be very active, I am probably one of the most active players on the server, and I always notice that during the day there are No guards on, and people can just get away with anything. I really hope to help stop all these problems if i am accepted for guard. I am very fit for the position, Im active, Im good at PvP, I know the rules, I'm really experienced, and I want to help stop all the riots.

Alright, so as most, if not all, on the forums no what had happened a few days ago, and after some thought I decided it would be best to apologize to those who were offended by the skin. I had only chosen it because I was rather bored and it was the first random thing I thought about. As far as the others who were in the situation, Ferr, and that Gred kid. I don't think I should have to apologize to either of them for the simple fact that I just don't think either of them deserve the few short seconds it would take.

But back on the topic of the thingy I started talking about, I don't know who all was offended for the simple fact nobody said anything, the only person I know who was offended was FapPrincess and for the skin I do apologize, and the way I had handled it was a bit childish hence the reason I didn't come on for a few days.

If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long?: Supposedly I was using an Xray mod, was permanent ban, but it was resolved in the thread I linked above.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?:
    You should pick me to be the next Moderator because I would love to help MCP be a cleaner and friendlier place for everyone. I am mature, trustworthy, and helpful. I would be confident in myself and my moderating abilities and would never be intimidated by a player. I would enforce the rules to the best of my power at all times, I would never abuse my power, and I would punish offenders accordingly.
    Also, I would like to note that I was accepted to be a guard but was demoted the same day for, "being a trash guard," I think I would be a better Moderator than I was a Guard because guards get thrown into the chaos of the server and have to deal with everything at once. Moderators, in my opinion, don't have the same experience because they mostly just have to deal with the chat and not the prisoners directly. I think that I am fully capable of handling the responsibility of being a mod and I would like to prove that to you.
    Also, I have noticed that I have been on when there are no guards or mods on and the chat is normally filled with swearing and caps during this time and I try to keep people from doing that (just by calmly asking, never by doing "chat offense <player name> x amount left").I'm sure that if I was a mod I would be able to help keep the chat clean during these times.


Additional Information: Maybe you could put me as a trial mod where I only have access to the basic mod commands (mute, kick) so I can prove to you that I am able to handle the responsibility of being a Moderator.
