What is your rank on the server?      Baron. No more rankups for a player.

Do you have any experience with other prison servers?      I do not but I have played on MCP for about a year and a half and know the basics. I would like to become a fine Guard for MCP.

Do you have any experience with guarding? Give a list of servers and your guard rank.      I don't have experience with other servers and I hope that this isn't the deciding factor.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room?      Yes I have.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard?      I enjoy playing on MCP and I can play often. I have seen other guards on MCP and always have wanted to be one. People look up to guards and I feel that I am very reliable. I know the guard commands and will protect the server with my given power. I have a lot of humor but I can be serious. I am good at PVP and pretty fast at typing. I have many friends on the server and few enemies but I will treat them as equal if I become a guard. My friends will not get special treatment and my enemies wont get harsh treatment. I recently got a new computer and it is very fast so lag won't be a huge problem. I see people getting killed for no reason and I would like to help stop this. When someone joins the server, I feel good inside and know that this server is about to make another happy player! I have ranked up to the highest rank a player can be and wish to continue and advance through the guard ranks. I hope you take me into consideration for the next guard position.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard?: I believe that I should be the next guard because of my good  past with pvp. Also I have a very good skill with bows and can cooperate with others easily. I can be noble and kind but, can take action when needed. I feel as if all guards need to be noble and mature. I can promise I am both of these. I will protect the server to my best abilities. Why should we pick you to be out next guard? Because I'm nice and can type fast, plus i can help other guards a lot if there is a riot, I love this sever and i will enforce the rules. Guard's should be noble, nice,and mature and i am all of those on this server. So if you pick me to be a guard i will be the best guard that i can be and i will not keep any weapons or armor. Plus I will not do caps or do anything bad on the server again. I will do every thing in my power to help new players and to enforce the law. And i will be on as much as I can and I will try to help others guard's if needed. That is why i think i should be a guard. When I'm on the server the only guard that is really on is zs471 and he gets the center of riots so i could help him and summonhalo out a lot. I will help the guards that are alone on the server during a riot like i do right now,zs471 is always getting the heat and getting killed and i could help him out a ton. Because i would really like to help this server out by being a guard and also i am somewhat decent at pvp (i have not been able to show that very well due to having bad gear vs OP gear) also i really want to stay with MCP and see where the future will take this server. i like it very much and i want to see it grow and do good things and keep living on and i want to be a part of that when it happens. thank you tons for taking your time to read this.

This wasn't appropriate..

This one is hard to understand. I was fighting, when I saw er, calling for a sword, in a none-pvp zone.. It was a large riot, with many prisoners, and I had no time to take many screenshots, So I did as fast as I could.

If you zoom, you can see er behind the wall of the treefarm.

Are you at fault? I was not hacking. I never hack on the mcp I was just using my strafe pvp technique and I have been banned on other servers for using it but it's not hacking.
What was your rank on MCP? Baron
Why should we unban you? You should un-ban me because I was not hacking and I would never hack on my favorite server, MCP.
Additional info: I don't use hacked clients and I don't think they are fun because if I use one and get a kill, I wouldn't feel as happy as I would if I didn't use a hacked client.

Who banned you? I'm not sure of the exact time of when I was banned or who banned me. My cpu stopped working a few months ago and when I fixed it I was Banned 

When were you banned? I'm not sure of the exact time. 

Why were you banned? It said "use of huzuni client", Im not sure how that is valid, for I don't nor do I want to hack. Hacks are unfair and if they were not then they would be allowed on MCP. I like to have a challenge when I play.

Are you at fault? No, I had no hacking client. Therefore no.

What was your rank on MCP? Citizen

Why should we un-ban you? Because I didn't do anything wrong to my knowledge.

Additional info: If there was a real reason for me being banned then I would love to know. unlike others I have read the rules of the prison and I have yet to find where I have broken any of them.
