Why should we pick you to be out next guard? I have special eyes #MyBrand , also i want the server to be fun and welcoming for new comers, and i  have learned alot from the last time i was guard.

Get rid of shards for the love of god. No one really uses them and getting like 5 or less at a time in a crate is super annoying and not helpful at all since we need 50 of each to be able to do anything good with them. That is all I needed to say but god damn I opened 4 crates and 3 of them were shards and the other one was actually something mildly useful

My suggestion is for Silas and Zeedin to drop everything they are working on and perm fix events. Perm fix them not temp fix them like in the past. Below is a list of what needs to be fixed:

Bull rush lags players when moving and won't let us jump sometimes.

Lava survival lags, won't let us run or jump sometimes and occasionally the floor changes instantly to lava after changing back to wool. Mid game Lava survival stops sometimes and won't start again and we have to just do /spawn.

Spleef won't let players shovel snow sometimes and often it lags when we do so other players are able to get us out when the lag is over but clearly we shoveled the snow underneath them.

Laser tag lets us eliminate players before the match begins but not once it starts.

Glass smash never drops the top layer of glass indicating the round has started and no one ever gets snow balls.

After Glass smash Zeedin often has to reset events because they stop all of a sudden.

The tnt lags as it falls in tnt drop and sometimes has leftover tnt falling from a previous game.

Zombie arena oh god here we go this is the big one! When we spawn in to the arena often over 30 zombies are leftover from the previous game, Sometimes zombies don't spawn, sometimes they do not drop iron ingots, occasionally the ZA care package chest doesn't drop anything, and the best part of all *sarcasm, rolls eyes* There are invisible baby zombies with axes that kill me out of nowhere those little bastards.

I keep hitting invisible lapis blocks in Sky Dive and sometimes I hit the floor at the bottom and die.

Sometimes you can parkour before the round starts in Lava rush and sometimes you get lagged back to the block you were standing on when you jump especially if you run first.

And........ Congrats to Block Party for being the most stable event with no issues.

Ok, lately i'm feeling like MCP is again decreasing in the amount of people joining the server, just a couple of months ago MCP always had at least 25+ people on, now we are barely hitting 20.  is this because people don't like it here, i'm guessing no. you probably spend a good amount of money keeping Hardcore factions up but lets be honest, no one ever goes on there anymore, but you keep paying for it to be up.  yes i think we should keep rushpvp that was a good addition to the server and many people like it.  I think you should stop paying for Hardcore Factions to keep running and put that money into advertisement of MCP. After that and we regularly get 30+ players on we can add it back but i think its a waste of money right now and the money could be used for a better thing.

Do you have any experience with other prison servers?- I do indeed have experience, I have been an important memmber of many prison severs' staff team.

Do you have any experience with guarding?- Give a list of servers and your guard rank (IP if possible).- Yes, I have a very immense amount of guard experience. I've worked my way up to Head-Guard on multiple prison servers, and from there to Warden and onward to Owner. I feel with all of the experience I've gained over the years of playing Minecraft prison servers, I would be a good asset to the Guard ranks.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard?-  Well, there are many reason as to why you should pick me to be our next guard, I will start with my surreal competence in pvp. I will admit I'm kinda rusty now, but with some warm up fights, I will be a force to be reckoned with.  Since I've been guard on many servers, your rules are actually almost exactly the same as an old prison server, so the transition will not be a hassle. I'm not very harsh or too overbearing when I guard, I know what I can and cannot do in all aspects of the job at hand. I do not pick favorites and I treat everyone with respect regardless if they respect me or not. I know the responsibilities a guard should have, and I feel if you let me show you what I am made of, you will not be disappointed in the slightest.

Additional info: Cougarboy asked me where a certain sign was with a hint to the code and I told him you had to use free cam to see it. I never said I used free cam. The only reason I know that is because supposedly another player used free cam to see it and told me about it. I don't use free cam and I wouldn't plan on it. Masterovie has no proof of said accusation.

1. I think that the server should have a alcohol/brewing add on. With this, players will be able to make various alcoholic beverages, ranging from classic beer, to sophisticated wine. The process, from what I know, is that cauldrons are used to ferment the mixture, with brewing stands distilling it. 2. With multiple offences committed by one player should have a more severe consequence. I have noticed that many players have received the same punishment, jailing for 10-15 min. With a more strict system, this will make players think twice before doing something they shouldn't. For example, if a player has violated the rules more than once, the jailing sentence can go up, or even have the offender lose their current rank and be set back to the one before. It can reach the point that a player can be reset all the way back to rank C, almost like a "death row" punishment.
