How can we recreate it: Check the time bullrush starts... It's 2 minutes ahead of schedule.

I propose the idea of adding a rank, rank Royale. The reason being for this suggestion is because many of the active people on the server is very close to achieving rank Baron, and that leaves the baron's nothing much to do other than bargain and pvp all day, no real surge of energy to keep them heading up and not doing the same old same old. The rank Royale could possibly come with a (purple) colour?
