Reposting, due to never getting answered by an admin

Make a second class system go to along with the prison ranks, these could be actual jobs. That prisoners are capable of doing. Such as being a farmer,Fisher, miner,fighter. Once you get free rank, you could pick one of these jobs, but you can't change. Whatever job you would pick, would give you some sort of buff/boost to that profession.

Either this or make prestige ranks. Like when you get to baron  you prestige to C and it could give you some rewards or something. If this is put you should be able to prestige at most 3 times.

I think there should be a lot more collectibles or you could call them unlocks. Give more things to work on than just ranks, I wouldn't say anything like "soft resets"
