If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long? I was banned for one day for quoting a lil wayne song. Official reason: racism. I was also muted by pointless_bob. Official reason: Hurting his feelings. I've been kicked several times over the course of my gaming for idling more than 5 minutes.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I really enjoy the server, and I think that the potential of having a highly populated enjoyable server relies on having fair decision making and prompt resolutions. I'm skilled in conflict resolution as a neutral party. I don't enjoy watching people being harassed constantly. I'm known not to scam and to hold my agreements. I would also consider myself a Neutral Party if elected and dissolve all currently existing relationships and replace them with a more professional and approachable demeanor.
Additional Information: Effective Moderating of a community requires a detachment from the entanglements of faction relations, so I would renounce my Leadership to my current faction to attain this detachment. Additionally, as a sign of good faith I will work on establishing a more peaceful chat relation between current allies and displace all feuds. Thank you for your consideration

Okay, so my experience with Frank has been... so so. While he hasn't been disrespectful to the extent of some on the server I can say that he isn't the nicest either. Although my interpretations can only go so far as him and I have never 1 on 1 interacted, but the one time I've been in a group conversation with him, he seemed pretty nice and chilled out. As far as the actual application it's a little short but I like this original thing about become professional and detaching from faction feuds, while I think this will be unable to totally get rid of being bias it would certainly help. In all I would have to say +1 lets give it a go.
