No, she isn't Panda, but she did request the reasoning as to why you may have written that. Which eventually I would have aswell, as her equal, you should have answered it anyway. Now I'm requesting such reasonings.
[/quote] Okay, my reasoning is that you should wait to reapply just to make sure your consistency of being active continues.  DogTag got sick and resigned then after he came back he proved he was gonna stay active and then reapplied.  I'm not sure if the reason you resigned is similar but I do think the same thing should happen.  Just wait and be active and reapply.  Like I said before, you are a good person and you are nice, I will be happy if you get Mod for this application but I'd  be more comfortable with knowing you will stay active.
