If you message an admin just "Hi" it is now a one day temp ban, if you message "Hi" and then disconnect right away it is a one week temp ban. If you're a smart ass and using something like"Hi" it's also a one week temp ban

Teamspeak yes, In game up to the admin but yes if you /msg "hi" and then disconnect yes
