Killah's Ban Appeal (again)

This is in no way shape or form bias.
I do not like Killah, nut we have pvped multiple times, and never once have I noticed anything out of the ordinary from him. All that I can sat is that by what I've seen he doesn't hack :/

Zeedin, all of those things that you've said can't prove whether or not he hacks. He has a good computer, plenty of gaming experience, a good mouse, a good keyboard, and aim.
Killah has been banned on this server 4 times so far. Each time, in my opinion, he wasn't guilty, and your staff was quick to judge. It looks to me like you guys have absolutely no system and hand out punishments however and whenever you want, whether the victim is guilty or not. I say provide evidence, or unban.

What did I did to piss you off so much, I only stated what I though of the situation and was looking for the players bases feedback on the matter so a full decision could be made, and if you don't like how we run our server you can leave no one is forcing you to play here.

This is what I hopped to see but I guess all of you are far to hot headed to think logically and be civil to one another.

I was going to unban them (giving the benefit of the doubt) but after this shit storm I think it is best to wait a bit and try again,  and any one after this post in not being civil  is getting a 2 day tempban on MCP for disrespecting Players/staff don't care who's side you are on you guys are out of control. I know this is the internet but god dam this is pathetic.

Also there is a few players I am not fond of and not going to hide it but Killah was NOT  one of those people, so there is no favoritism/no personal vendetta going on.

Ok, here's my side on this.

Yes killah is in the same faction as I, yes people assume he is my friend, but really we've never talked at all and were are just mere acquaints.

My opinion on this whole situation is that killah didn't hack, my reasoning behind this is that when some people get a little angry of losing they start accusing things. When people start accusing, people believe those accusations. Personally I am not questioning zeedin, but I think a unban is deserved, but when you see a fishing rod pvp'er that's gets a little weird, some people tend to play hunger games a lot where you need to utilize the fishing rod. He must be used to this tatic of PvP and uses it on MCP.

To wrap this up, I think killah should be unbanned but have someone watch him very closely for a few weeks.

Nonetheless here's my bit on it:

- Zeedin isn't an idiot when it comes to telling people if they're hacking
- Being rude on your ban appeal doesn't help your chances
- Having your friends who are clearly in a chat bitch on your appeal doesn't help your chances
- You were previously banned a day ago for the same thing
- Most people who seem to hack but claim to be "just good" are eventually banned for hacking

If i was to be hacking on mcp i would've admit it and took the ban, and wrote a report for me being so wrongly, but in this case i wasn't even hacking and never ever did, so im not going to let people tell me i was when i know for a fact i wasn't.  Like im sorry i know how to use a fishing rod in a game, everyone uses it where i came from why can't you just seem to understand... It makes me so mad when people are trying to prove something right when they're wrong. I don't hack guys.

Yes guys, I completely agree with what all of you have said. I understand your side. I'm sorry if I offended, and I admit I was a angry. All of you should know that Killah absolutely loves this server. I know him better than all of you (I won't deny it) and I know for a fact that he wasn't hacking when he was banned, nor has he ever hacked. In my mind the only possible explanation for his ban history is bias.. as lots of people don't like him. I said what I said (evidence thing), because I can say with complete confidence that he isn't guilty, yet somehow he's being punished. Some people are so desperate to get him into trouble, and recently some has succeeded. ..I'm sure you can understand why this has made me angry.  I'm not saying that Zeedin is one of those people, because from what he's said I can see that his judgement is almost perfectly tuned and unbiased (even the best people make mistakes). If Killah really has to wait to appeal again, he will, and I'll keep my mouth shut.
