I don't believe you have the maturity nor the capacity to be a moderator. Within the short time of interaction we've had, every time a moderator would leave the server you would become toxic in chat. So either you don't understand the rules being citizen rank or more likely, you purposely violate the rules because you don't care. I have picture below showing some of what you've said while I was logged in.

These were only taken a couple of days ago. I'm sure if I was on more often there would be more to show. If you want to prove to me and other players that you are up to moderate you should really start acting the part and behaving. Maybe at a later date I could give you approval but right now I can't. Also I don't understand why you copied and pasted the mod rules into your application. It doesn't make your application seem longer.
