-Have You Ever Been: Banned, Muted, Kicked?: yes, i have been on my alt: er3853, and once for 30 minutes (if I remember correctly) on MrJockeyDaPro
-If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long?: my longest ban was for 3 days, because I was using profanity, the ban on MrJockeyDaPro for 30 minutes was for bypassing a 30 minute ban with an alt
-Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator?: You should pick me to be Mod because I am dedicated to the server and I am very active, and I know the rules very well. I would love to help new players learn about the server so they can Stay on MCP, and have a friendly chat environment. I also would really like to make up for the times i was muted, banned and kicked, and want to redeem myself. I also will be on the lookout for hackers, and I will be very responsible, and respect all players and staff. I also really want to be more involved in MCP as much as possible, and I know that there are mods needed. I will go by all the rules, and I will not abuse my permissions.
-Additional Information: I know this is app is for my alt, however i am trying to migrate my account, and I am sorry for all the things i did to deserver being temp banned, muted, and kicked. I will not let you down if you accept me.
