First, I am posting this here to see if this is allowed on the server with Silas so none of this will be enacted in tell the next month or when Silas replies.

Second, the Powerball:

You can buy tickets at my plot in the courtyard (Plot 6 near block A).  Each ticket is valid for whichever is the shortest of the two:
1) A week
2) If a winner has been declared

The drawings will be daily.

There will be five numbers in order with the possibility of 1 through 16 and the Powerball number with the possibility of 1 through 64.  This means your odds of winning is 1 out of 67,108,864 per one draw.

The pot value will always start at 10k and will increase with this formula: previous value + (number of extra tickets bought after the last drawing * $250  *  .90 ).

Keep in mind a ticket is only good for the shortest of the one of the two: 1) a week 2)  a winner is declared.  So you may need to repurchase if you didn't at least get the Powerball number.  If you did get the Powerball number it is a full refund of your ticket.  The chance of you getting the Powerball number is 1 out of 64 each day I draw for the Powerball number.

You will have to mail me on the forums your numbers (And make sure you put them in the correct order that you want time to be).  Also, make sure you have the Powerball number surrounded by these: ().

Also, while I am in the process of using a random number generator to get the numbers, I will close the lotto for any more entries for the time I am drawing the numbers.  I would be down if it would require a staff member (warden+) to pick one or more numbers in the Powerball as the winning numbers if this helps me be able to do this.

The winner will have all of the pot in this lottery.  I will be logging all of the numbers per each day.

I may up the pot if more interest is put into this.

Third, one draw:

At the end of each month, I will draw the winner for the one draw for the month.  You can take the lump sum of 90% of the winnings upfront or you can do a payment plan.  The payment plan will give you 95% if the winnings at a 1/6 pace per month for six months so they are all equal payments to a total of 95% of the pot.  If there needs to be any rounding, only the last three payments will be rounded up.

So, keep in mind none of this is in operation and awaiting Silas response.  If you guys/gals have any feedback let me know.  Also, if this does get approved I will post here the Powerball winning numbers each day and when we have a winner it will be announced with the winning numbers.

Should we remove dynmap player display & add AI guards. (Two completely unrelated things)

So I was trying to expand pb64 mega by surprise, I had 2 mil, I'm added to the plot, I tried doing it in the red square, and it took my money, and didn't not give me the expansion.
  I guess because it isn't technically my plot but I kinda need that 2mil back. (Will post pics if needed)

Think you should set the price up fro farming stuff like, Sugar, Pumpkins and all that and add prices for beans and nether wart.
I would really love it if that could be done so there is more to the Freeworld and alternatives to making money

like, getting leather and shit from fishing

Do you have any experience with other prison servers? I have been apart of prison servers since prison servers were the server to be on, I started playing on Killion during it’s golden era when it had hundreds of people on a time and then after Killion closed down I joined another server which has now closed down after I got addicted on the server for a couple of months, this is what led me to my search to find a new server and to see if the old one was up after a couple of years and that is where I found MCP.

Do you have any experience with guarding? Give a list of servers and your guard rank (IP if possible). I have been guard twice on MCP, once I made it up to A-Guard and the 2nd time I made it up to B-Guard. However after years of playing on prison servers I have had the full prisoner experience as well.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes I have and upon denial I know that 12.6 Volts fixes all problems.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I have been playing on MCP for over a year now and have really gotten to be apart of the community, even when the active player base was low I still played through it. I have gotten to know the community base and have realized a little bit of inactivity on MCP when it comes to guards on some days whilst I’m on. I have hundreds upon hundreds of hours as a guard and another decent hundred as a prisoner, I’m active when I can be and try to help out the community as best as I can. I know how to handle most situations when others would  collapse on their knees, I know the rules of guarding like Zs knows b_bob. I know the rules of pvp and when to engage in pvp, I understand what I can do and what I can’t do (from previous experiences I may add) I would love to help the newer players understand what MCP is like and what it’s about. It’s all about the community. I’m also apart of the council.

Additional Info: Citizens of the Minecraft Community Prison, on this day we mark a transition. For a thousand years, the Rioters stood as the crowning achievement of civilized beings. But there were those who would set us against one another, and we took arms to defend of way of life against the C-Blockers. In doing so, we never suspected that the greatest threat came from within.

The Guards, and some within our own prison, had conspired to create the shadow of Lispism,
using one of their own as the enemy's leader. They had hoped to grind the Rioters into ruin. But the hatred in their hearts could not be hidden forever. As last, there came a day when our enemies showed their true natures.
