I was thinking that the hologram plugin could be used as signs in the spawn area. Like where the 2 portals to Events and the Server Info Room. There could be holograms in the hallway with arrows pointing to the portals so that way new players could have an easier time finding things.

Also, you could put them at the entrances to the plot wings and one in the middle of the courtyard just to label them.

And maybe it could be a donator pack where a player that buys it can have a warden put a hologram up on their plot to advertise their shop or something.

You might also be able to use them in events to count down to the start of the event since you can animate them by using command blocks.

I've started to work on a project called "Texture Pack Testing Grounds." It basically does what its called, you can go on there in single player (once its finished) to see what a new texture pack looks like. If anybody is interested, I could use some help on creating it. So if anyone wants to volunteer I would be grateful. The only thing I would need from you if you wanted to help is a private server (1.6.4 and up) to host the world on since I don't have the money to rent one. So thanks for reading this and hopefully I could get some help (if you help I'll credit you as accordingly).

Kestrel is an experiment faction that is being lead by _shonviv_, my friend and faction server "overlord".
The faction is an organization that does not have an f home, and is a heavy raiding clan.  The idea of the faction is to define the meaning of "Faction Raid" and not "Faction Defend".
There will be 6 total Kestrel ? Officers in total, controlling alliances, attacks, and all diplomatic operations.

Kestrel will target all big-shot factions, raiding for individual riches and to eliminate the opposing threats.
The Officers can control the flow of a Kestrel ? raid on any faction that is not in the the ally list of Kestrel ?.
While a raid is being hosted, Kestrel ? will be open for anyone to join in, and closed once we reach an exceedingly large amount of people. 

The Officers of Kestrel ? will be the foundations for this experiment, if you are interested, fill out the application below.
