I have a suggestion, when really big riots go on there is something called a lockdown, all players pvping guards and guards pvping players can not get back into safezone, all escape routes are blocked by a barrier on a lockdown, this would help avoid guards getting knocked into safezone and getting abuse called on them, and stop from guards calling players who just get knocked in, and be quite fun

I'll try to keep it short

The main goal of this idea is to create options for players to create relationships ~positive/negative~ so that they have something to return to. (keep in mind, negative is inquiring a rivalry, for ex. craftinkreepist vs brainadg).

Many prisons have this type of center, so it would make sense to incorporate this into MCP.  The recreational center is a public access room with multiplayer (or singleplayer) games inside.  Some games can include checkers, giving home to an actual official checkers board.  Other games like chess, trivial pursuit, etc.
I think this is a fun idea if you find a place to put it and would do no harm to the server.

As you can see in the screenshot, I placed a wall in my plot, but in any region I do not have permission to edit in, the EZ Fix Slabs do not work. I ran around the prison spamming it and it would always say "Unable to create a wall here." I also assume that these are meant to be used during PvP situations as the wall disappears after about 30 seconds.
