Do you have any experience with other prison servers? I have played prison a bit, and really enjoyed it. I have no staff experience on prison servers, however I have done administration for a reasonably sized survival server.

I have had lots of experience with leadership and authoritative positions in real life before. I am seen as a leader in my school and that can obviously be translated onto Minecraft. I'm mature, calm, and among other things, respectful.  I know most of the prison and I'm pretty decent at PvP. I like enforcing rules and I love being helpful.

Why should we pick you to be out next guard? First off i feel that i am exceptionally good at pvp. Also I feel that since i have lots of experience as being guard on other servers that i have an advantage over everyone else and would do a better job than a newbie also, if you were to make a person guard that it was there first time being that i could be an excellent teacher! Lastly i feel that i could be a great help to the guard force and would love to be apart of the staff!

I keep finding donor mine a total mess, and I was thinking that we should have a solution, and paying to reset could run into many issues, but I had an idea that may be better.
We could have something keeping track of the percentage of blocks to air in the mine... and when that percent reaches a certain number, say 60% then it automatically would reset. This would be nice and keep mines from becoming useless and would be more effective than simply a timed thing.

Also: About the mines resetting by time, I believe they reset every hour, it'd be easier for us to know when they reset if they reset at every even hour. People would know exactly when mines reset easily. So it could be reset at 4, 5, 6, etc instead of like 4:17 Thanks for reading

Since players can still Ez rekt guards for some reason, ( Crate Items ) I say that we give the guards a cooldown weapon/ability that they use and it has a slight chance of breaking their armor instantly or making their weapon drop on the floor, it could have like a 5% of it succeeding. Make lock picking.  I feel right now that some players are way to OP ( Link and Zs ), compared to others.  The lock pick should be able to open anyone's chest keeper but you don't know whos.  When you open the lock pick it could have a 5% chance of being able to open anyone's chest keeper, when it does you have to choose which chest in the chest keeper you would like to open.  If there is stuff you want in that chest keeper then you are able to take it.  It's almost like raiding but not a base.  You can be able to get a lock pick by donating for them or opening crates and getting them. Sometimes when you open a lock pick it breaks and you don't get access to someone's chest.

There should be a donation where you are able to fight Rakuel and Arrdon or other bosses since it is hard to get the stuff to be able to fight them especially if you are not Free+.

Why should we pick you to be our* next guard? You should pick me for many reasons. Firstly, as you can see from me fixing the typo, that I pay attention to each and every single detail. Most of the guards either don't pay attention to the guard rules and such. I am loyal and will do anything I am told. I am on a mission to #MakeMCPGreatAgain. I am known as the Donald Trump of the server. That may not mean much to you, but I would do my damnedest to ensure that MCP betters itself as a result of my promotion. I know that you may not like me, and that is fine. I do know that you like the commonwealth of the MCP server.
