Idea: My idea is that all guards, whether C or B, whether Head or Sr get access to /mute, reasoning for this is I get called abuse on all the time for things I did not even do wrong/incorrectly, and when I justify myself I get called all kinds of things, retard, ignorant, today dft even told me to kill myself. Guards get mistreated so much and I am honestly fed up with it. Here is what I am talking about. Also notice the top image at the top of the screen dft telling me to kms lol

I feel like I should be the next guard, as I can help around, discover exploits and help patch them, while still being able to play alongside other members of the community, while still acting calm and mature. Overall, I have helped patch several exploits, including several which are detrimental to the entire server, and I am looking to get certified as a pentester to help the server in as numerous ways as I can, such as fighting hackers, using professional-grade judgement to rule over several cases, and a bit of PvPing on the side. While not being on the server 24/7 or for as long as some other people have been on, I still have as much, if not, equal to the knowledge most people have, with all sorts of different topics, and ideas.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I have been on this server for a while now and i play on this server everyday non stop and i am calm and will love to experience being  a guard and i love this server. I know most of the prison. I like enforcing rules and I love being helpful. I am very experienced with prison servers. I am usually on anywhere from 1 to 7 hours a day. I also enjoy talking to other prisoner and guards. I consider myself a good PVP-er but definitely not the best.
Additional Information: . I also easily make new friends and welcome new players. I never want anyone left out. I think that anyone and everyone should be included no matter who they are, what they think, and what they do. I love to help others. I also try to spend lots of time getting to know the guards, wardens, and other prisoners on the server. If I do become guard, I will be committed to helping those in need, something I like doing the best. I am responsible and smart. I know the rules and, most importantly, follow them. I sometimes get in arguments and or have a hard time, but everyone has hard times and we need to just work through them. I would love an opportunity to be a guard on MCP once again, I know the guard faction is pretty full with inactive members, that's another upside, I am extremely active and I am grateful I can get on MCP every day with no time limit to my imagination of minecraft. Additional info: This was taken from bloodshowers perspective, when it says "muted by" it was ninja penguin, silas can check logs and there were witnesses on the server who can confirm.

Okay so I was being rioted on by Narper_420, I called his sword, dft then came in and hit me with nothing on and no weapon. I killed him and continued to call Narper's sword. dft called abuse and claimed if I was hit, even if I killed him I had to cancel the contraband call. I do not think that is the case. I continued to call and ended up jailing Narper, me and dft had a big argument where he said multiple times that if I was hit, no matter what circumstance I had to cancel the contraband call permanently. Who is right??

The game is actually called Block Party by most people and I have played it myself not saying where. Its basically a game where the floor is made of different patterns of colored wool when the round starts you receive a piece of wool in your hand and you have a time limit to go stand on a block of wool the same color before all other colors drop out. if you are not on the right color you fall to your death. it gets faster and faster every time

So my idea is a implementing a new weapon: A shiv. It would have either durability or be a one time use. I was thinking it could cause slowness, and bleed if possible. I know mcMMO has a feature under swords that makes a player bleed so I know it's possible. It would be a cool addition and would make it feel more prison like.
