Why should we unban you? Because i love the server and i have used to much time on that server to get banned for ``parkour`` hacks, i have said to nothing classy that i can screenshare on Skype when i do the parkour, he said no.. He just say that i use parkour hacks nothing else, I don't even now what parkour hacks is... He saw that i didn't use parkour hacks, i jumped normal, I don't now what i did wrong, BUT I DIDNT USE the stupid parkour hacks shit....

I had to dispose of this beautiful armour.

What the abuser was doing: So this all started when Killjoy was on his alt account pvping me. He safezoned a few times and once he got to pvp3 I jailed him. He safezoned about 6-7 times the entire time we were pvping and it came to a point where we both in safezone so I called it and jailed. He called abuse and had his friend nate come on to scold me, telling me that I abused. It ended there at first until killjoy got out of jail and pvp'd me again. He got to pvp3 again and I handcuffed him. He called abuse again because after I said pvp2 (third time being the handcuff. I didn't called pvp3 and will take the blame for not verbally saying it.) I jailed him. He then got nate on again to tell me I'm not doing my job correctly. At this point I was getting pissed. Why is it that every time killjoy has a problem he can call his warden friend to back him up? Nate told me I need to be a better guard, I told him he needs to be a better warden. He then said "Are you sure you want to diss me?" At this point, I was done. I didn't want to bother with the BS anymore so I said go ahead and demote me. He demoted me down to Citizen (I was Baron btw). I never see nate doing anything other than helping killjoy or aimlessly flying around. If he does background stuff for the server that I don't know about, then I apologize for telling him he's not doing his job. But when he pulls stuff like this, even if I messed up and didn't call pvp3 before handcuffing, I can't just let it slide without calling him out. Sure, it was disrespect, I'm not denying it. But when no one says anything, then he won't bother to change.

I told him to demote me because I didn't want to be a guard and contribute to a server where someone like Nate can do what they want because they're in power. I like this server, I like the guards, I like Silas/Zeedin. But I'm tired of the stuff that slips by. I know I was in the wrong when I disrespected him. I don't see it that way because respect is earned, and in my opinion, he didn't earn it.

Ok, I'm tired of getting called on "abuse" by everyone, including guards who play on alts.

Today, I was fighting a player and he safezoned for the third time. So I followed him in and jailed him, while doing so he went outside of safezone. He then yelled abuse and Nate got on to scold me because he was watching the kid's screen. He didn't even bother to listen to what I was saying and said "my word is final" and logged off. Now I'm honestly tired of this, if it's abuse then make it clear in the rules. I was told by master that once it's PvP3 I can just jail, which is what I did. Was what I did abuse? If so, the guard rules need to be clearer. There is a lot that is left out and is open to interpretation.

If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long? I was banned because Masterovie and NateFoster thought I used Free Cam but because I did not and they did not have proof I was unbanned. I was banned for a little less then a day.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? The Minecraft Community Prison is supposed to be a fun server for people of all ages which is why we can't have people using profanity to a profound extent or cheating/hacking or using a client which is where the mod comes in.

        I am a very fun player to play with and many people on MCP like me a lot. Even though I am not currently mod I am always helping players and kindly telling them not to use caps or curse words. I also love helping new players to better understand the rules so they can have lots of fun on MCP and not have to worry about making mistakes that could get them into trouble. I am a very fair person who would never abuse my privileges and I would only use them within fair reason. I am on MCP almost every day and MCP is basically my second life. It is the best server I have ever played and it would be an honor to be among the staff rank again and do my part in keeping this server fun and friendly for anyone playing.

Additional Information: When I was guard I was told that if I made mistakes it's OK everyone does.  Every time i made a mistake I would apologize for what I had done and learn from the mistake so I would not repeat it again.
