Let's go directly to the subject:

Points of Interest:
Mines, Tree Farm, Mob Farms, Shops, Cells and others.
Pay 50k weekly to keep the Point of Interest (PoI), 50k to Corrupted Prison Warden
You will lose all posessions over the PoI if the payment is not completed, as NPC Guards will take back the PoI.
Money will be taken from faction treasury.
No more than 3 PoIs can be kept by the same faction at the same block.
If no funds are extracted from the PoI for more than 3 months, the PoI will go neutral. Note: Faction members who possess the PoI will not count.
Top 20 users of the PoI will be labeled "Loyal to "Name of Faction who has the PoI"" and will have 10% racketeering tax.

Points of Interest commands:
/poi help
/poi info (will show information about the PoI you are in).
/poi claim (claim for a neutral PoI)
/poi list neutral/friendly/hostile (will show either neutral, friendly or hostile PoIs)
/poi wars (will list all factions currently at war for PoI(s))

Racketeering:
Any faction that possesses a PoI will have a 20% tax out of all money made by prisoners.

Faction Wars:
Factions will be able to fight for PoIs.
The attacking faction will have to declare what PoI they want.
They will have to declare all participants 24 hours before battle begins.
Battle will be occuring at arranged hour between both factions in any PvP area of the prison.
To win, 75% of the opponents must be killed.
If the attacker wins, the defender will lose possession over the PoI and 30% of all funds from racketeering will be seized.
If the defender wins, the attacker will have to pay 75k to the Corrupted Prison Warden.
If none of the factions win, they will both have to pay 100k to the Corrupted Prison Warden.
Both factions will fight for 30 minutes. If the 15 minutes are passed, all participants will be jailed 30 minutes for "massive prison fight", 15 minutes for "contraband" and another 15 minutes for "PvP" for a total of 60 minutes.

Contraband related to Faction Wars battles:
Corrupted Prison Warden will declare "item carelessness" which means that all contraband will be legal for 30 minutes.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator: Because I am very nice and generous with other players. I am really good at pvping but I wouldn't say im the best on the server. I have read all the rules and I always give people a hand if they need any help building their plot or if people would like to rankup.   
Additional Information: I have been guard on afew different servers and then the server shut down and found out that this server was still up and running so I decided to join. so I am very sorry for the other mod apps so I will consider this as my last one so im hoping for the best. If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long? A couple times for "You did not run from my hammer" and once for advertising last map, but I learned from my mistakes. (I was unbanned by geo the same day I advertised. Console un-banned me 2 minutes later) Haven't been muted in 4 months (Mc bans)
Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? You should pick me to be the net moderator because I am experienced with Moderating from being A-Guard, I am pretty active and vote/donate when I can, also I report bugs and suggest ideas for the server. I think I would fit this position because I really truly think I would be better off as Mod than Guard, several reasons, I am horrible at Pvp, I did often mine a lot, but one thing I was good at was moderating chat, welcoming players, and helping people that were being disrespected. I know all the mods rules, and all the commands. I also noticed some mods have been a little inactive, now I'm not saying anything and I know that people have work, school, and In real life things to do, but I would like to help moderate chat when others can't. I was recently demoted, and I know this will probably be denied for players who haven't been staff, but I hope I can be apart of the staff team again. What the scammer was doing: Wamobros519 offered to sell some high grade meth to me cheap and I said yes. I forked over the $7,500, he threw some low grade meth at me and took off. (By the way, I did ask for five pieces of high grade meth, but I was planning to pay him one at a time for the individual pieces to avoid losing money on a scam.)

Why should we pick you to be out next guard? I absolutely love the sever. I have gotten to know a lot of the people on there. I can also play on it a lot. I would really like to help make the server better and I am fully detected. I want to help new people and people that have been on there for a while. The server is just so amazing and so much fun to be on and being a guard would be an honor.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I think that I should be chosen to be the next guard because I am constantly connecting to the server. (Not as much as TGOutbreak, but I honestly think he doesn't sleep. Every time I join the server he is there) But I talk to almost everyone on the server, and I have had some genuine conversations with people both in the TS and in-game chat. I like to PVP, especially when there are higher-up ranks killing the C-Blockers. I like to protect the noobs, and keep people happy. Even when there are no guards on the server, I try to tell people when the PVP abuse or chat abuse and help them understand the rules. In my opinion I am on of the more mature people on this server, when it comes to handling situations, and even the way I type. I really enjoy playing on this server, and I would love to connect to this server even more, if I know that I have the opportunity to help people out with their problems, and stop people from breaking rules. In my eyes, and trust me, I have special eyes #MyBrand, this server has a lot of potential, and I would love to be part of the journey as it grows to be the best Minecraft prison servers out there.
