Do I have any experience with other prison servers: A small private prison server that never took off and ended up crashing due to lack of funding, other than that no.

Do I have experience with guarding: No

Have I read all rules in-game and on the forums: Yes, I try to keep up with it and I read it whenever a dispute in the rules arises.

Why should you pick me to be your next guard: Well, to start off I would like to talk about my past on the server and I think this is important because I would like to show how much I have matured over the past few months. As I'm sure most you remember about 6 months prior to me typing this I was a toxic kid on a server that he only played because his friends played it. And when the server updated to 1.9 I had decided that I was going to take a break, come back later, try and start fresh. And that is exactly what I did. A lot of newer folks would agree that I am generally nice and older players have told me that I seem like a totally different person than the one before the 1.9 update and quit. Although I had some moments I'm not proud of (my arguments with HaZard and a few of his friends) I generally try to take the high road. Secondly, I feel like I could make a great improvement on the whole PvP situation. Most players it seems can only pick on the lower ranks due to the fact that there aren't too many guards. Me being one of them. I would like to help cure the boredom of both my fellow prison-goers and for myself. I would be an active guard and since I've currently got nothing to do I would be in C or courtyard and on call to anyone that needs my help. And, I would just like to point out I'm not saying "Oh if you promote me the server will suddenly be 40+ people on a daily basis and Silas will be rolling in the dough" I'm not at all saying that. I can't make that happen and I'm not saying anything like that will arise if I am promoted, I'm simply saying I would just like to have some quality time on the server in a different and refreshing perspective. And finally, as I'm sure you know, I've never been staff on the server. Some people that are staff right now have been staff time and time again and they got demoted and re-promoted. And yes I am an older player but I've never gotten to have that experience and I think I would enjoy it and I believe that everyone should be able to have a shot at something like this. In all I think I would make a good and refreshing guard.

Why should we unban you? There are a decent amount of reasons why i should be unbanned and here are a few. To start off when I was talking Madison gave no clear warnings, so I thought she was taking what I said as it was intended, a joke. Secondly I was initially temporary banned for three days, which I believed was an appropriate punishment for what I did and I will gladly serve that time, yet when me hazard and some other people came back on later it abruptly became permanent, which I believe isn't just for what I did. Finally, now I can't force you into seeing my actual intent, I can tell you the  the context of what happened last night but we were suggesting different bow names to odd and I thought "maybe this will be funny when I said it", yet I didn't think she would take it personally and I deeply apologize

Why should we unban you? Mit unjustly banned 4 people including me for something that hasn't been stated anywhere in the rules about being banned. We jardered mit FROM A PVP ZONE farther into courtyard and then we tased him and started Silas Sything him. Mind you this has been reported before and Silas himself saw it yet did nothing about it. Either it's not an issue or it must be allowed as no punishment was given to the people that killed Hazard in a safezone. If Mit had a problem with it, he should've reported it as a bug and waited for Silas to reply and or do something about it. I feel like this is Mit just using his powers to take away any annoyances towards him and not the entire server.

Additional info: Mit didn't even tell us to stop withering him. He told MoonFragments to stop tasing him and that was it.

Because i really like MCP, and i feel a few things said to our respected mod Madison during a group "shitpost" spree wasn't worth being perm banned, and personally i feel awful for some of the things i said during said event.( please unban me cuz i can't find a way to use this half used buffalo wind wings card to donate.)

Are you at fault? No, because me and a small group of others have this joke with madison saying welcome rack to her when she joins. And then Naltrac said Madison send nudes as a prank and he got banned for that. Then she told me to stop, and I did. Then I said to Oddordyr SAD which me and him know that that means Saw a Duck. But Madison thinks it means Suck a dick? Then I said Madison Saw a Duck and then I kept playing for like 30 minutes talking to a few people in teamspeak. Then I go onto another server with naltrac, cwpsteelers, Oddordyr and come back and i'm perm banned. Naltrac got banned for 3 days but it turned into a perm ban for a joke? So in the end when she told me to stop I stopped then an hour later I got banned.

Why should we unban you? Because This is my main server and I've put alot of time and effort into this server and speant alot of money on it so that would suck for it to all go to waste. Also I don't think its fair that she told me to stop and I stopped and she continued to randomly ban me later

What is the bug: The Ez Fix Slabs don't work not sure if it is a bug or not.. it wont even say if you don't have the stuff you need to use it in your inventory

How can we recreate it: just try to use the ez fix slabs
