Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I believe you should pick me as your guard because I am a dedicated player on your server, whenever I have time to play I get straight on the server. I also enjoy helping out the community and people. I know the rules and how things work when it comes to being a guard. I am going to help the server by making sure the server is safe from pvp and drug use. As well as making sure people are happy and have a good time.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I am a mature and one of the older members of the server, and I feel I can help new players to find their way around. When I am online I'm always active in the chat.

What is the bug: Upon reset the mine is not always fully filled with snow and ores. It seems that random snow blocks around the redstone lamps are broken/getting melted. As visible in the screenshots there is random snow (as item) laying around which indicates it was broken, to me this indicates that the snow does spawn but breaks instantly. It also seems that ore blocks are not affected, as seen on the screenshot they do not seem to be broken/removed.
I experienced this bug multiple mine resets, but NOT ALWAYS, since yesterday.

Where is this bug located: Snow mine at E.

How can we recreate it: Wait for the reset of the snow mine.

Who banned you? Not sure, i logged in and i was banned.
When were you banned? (Time/Date) Not sure, i logged in on the 2/09/16 and i was banned.
Why were you banned? ignorance, disrespect and constant lies.
Are you at fault? no, as i have not been, 'constantly lying' nor disrespect, but i have left the server due to school, sporting events and i had no internet connection due to it being fixed for 7-10 days.
What was your rank on MCP? Citizen
Why should we unban you? Because i wasn't on the server for a certain amount of time, i highly disagree that i should be banned for that! i also think i should be unbanned because i don't constantly lie and for me to even think of lying would automatically lead to a ban, but the most overall thing that i don't understand is disrespect, like excuse me, but please give me a reason for how and who i was disrespecting thanks.

Additional info: Mitsuo has been initiating PvP several times over the past month, among other things. Of those things this is the easiest to prove. Other things include his immaturity when dealing with other players and his blatant disregard of current rules (I.E. Using old chat rules or making up his own rules). There are other things that I am certain other players will be able to enlighten us on. It is also common knowledge that there is a lack of respect towards Mitsuo currently on the server. He would say it is because people don't ever appreciate those who do their jobs, but only respect lax moderators or lazy enforces. In actuality, the loss of respect is towards someone who believes himself too old or experienced to be punished for his actions, and uses this to his advantage. It is yet to be seen however, whether even this is enough to have his character examined and deemed fit/unfit for his position. I open this to responses from all who believe they have sufficient experience while dealing with Mit to make an educated judgement of his character, whether positive or negative. Let the community provide a better understanding from their own perspectives of Mit.
