Are you at fault? Yeah, I did use the bot, so I get why I was banned.

Why should we unban you? While I understand that my use of the automining bot was against the
rules, I believe that a permanent ban might be a bit excessive given the circumstances. The server averages around two players per day, which diminishes the community-driven aspect that is fundamental to the server’s ethos. My intention was never to disrupt or harm the community, but rather to enhance my gameplay experience. I fully accept responsibility for my actions and kindly request that the ban be reconsidered and possibly reduced to a temporary suspension or another form of penalty that reflects the infraction more proportionately. I am committed to adhering to the server rules moving forward and contributing positively to the community.

Were you fined and do you think you deserve reimbursement? Nope, I wasn't fined. I don't need any reimbursement.

Additional info: If it helps at all, I'd like to point out that XRay usually implies the use of a client. while this bot does come with most clients, I'd like it to be known I was only using the standalone version of the bot itself. No hacked clients were involved.

In MCP, when holding a water bucket, right-clicking a furnace does not do anything.

It can be done with a furnace.

Just craft a bucket, get some water, run /furnace and then try to open the furnace menu while holding the water bucket.

I am using version 1.20.6, on Java Edition.

Are you at fault? Yes, and I accept full responsibility for my mistake.

Why should we unban you? I love the CDGS community and playing on the MCP Minecraft server. And what happened was I just had my 4 year work anniversary at my job, and my work review went very well, got a raise and a promotion. So after work that day, I started celebrating with alcoholic beverages when playing on another MC server with my co-workers. That server is a semi-private server that allows clients. A few hours later and many many drinks later i log out and played other games. A while later after more drinks with my friends, i wasn't paying attention and was really feeling the effects of the beverages i indulged in. With feeling the effects of the alcoholic beverages I made the mistake of using X-Ray on MCP. Which i deeply regret. I do believe this was an honest mistake and I shouldn't have done it. I get it was very irresponsible and if i am allowed back into MCP, it will never happen again. 
Were you fined and do you think you deserve reimbursement? I am unsure if I was fined given the state my mind was in at the time I was banned, and no i don't think i deserve a reimbursement, i made a drunken mistake and i accept full responsibility. I also don't deserve the guard rank either. I made a stupid mistake and deserve to get demoted.

When can you play on MCP? I can play on MCP nearly everyday, from 6:30am-3PM on weekdays, Weekends most of the day on Saturdays, Sunday all day. 

What is your rank on the server? I hold the Regal rank. 

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? You should choose me to be your next moderator because my goal is to help people, and with my availability I feel i can help a lot of people new and experienced! I have years of past server ownership and moderation experience to assist me in keeping MCP a safe and enjoyable place. My goal would be to keep MCP a safe and fun place for all of the members and to lead new members in the right direction so they can have the most fun on this server as possible. I'm also active on the discord as well as I like to engage in conversations with fellow server members. Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I like so many others essentially grew up on MCP, spending most of my time on the server as part of the guards. Learning, growing, and rising through the ranks, eventually reaching Sr. Guard. During my time as part of the guards I would frequently find myself alone as the sole online staff member, and I found I truly enjoyed the moderation aspect of the Sr. Guard role. Welcoming new players, showing them around, running an event, or simply just being a friend. I would strive to give the warm and welcoming feeling I myself enjoyed on my first days on the server. 
Deciding to turn in my taser and cuffs was one of the hardest decisions I have made, but I could not in good faith continue to hold my title as Sr. Guard while knowing deep down that I was not able to give 100%. I longed for the day I could return to this great community, and I have found a time in my life where I am beginning to settle down and have time and commitment for the things I love.

What will you expect to see from me as a moderator? You will get an experienced, active, kind, fair, and reliable moderator who will never stop aiming to improve. I will strive to give everyone the same great experience I once had.
