Additional info: I know what I did was wrong in the past, that what I have done is still frowned upon to this day, but after my 6 day ban I had a change of heart, but for serrian_ to ban me simply because he "doesn't trust me" is so idiotic and pointless. For one he didn't make a forum post about it stating as to why he banned me, and second he didn't provide any evidence when he said that I was "x-raying". I understand that his position is mod and that he can ban me if he pleases, but he has to play by the rules that all of you other people play by, as in he has to show clear specific evidence of, and i quote, when he "Sat there an watched you xray spawners..." if he can show proof and use it as back up for his claims against me, I will gladly step down and accept my ban.  but seeing as how stupid and meaningless his claim was I for one think he doesn't have proof and has no valid reason what so ever to say that I was x-raying for spawners, that or he wasn't up to date from my last ban which was the 6 day one. If this post concludes to him winning, as I stated before, I will gladly admit defeat, swallow my pride (that I don't have), and wait my ban out, if i win however I demand to get a genuine apology, compensation for my ban (if possible), and if I am still banned, an unban from the server. But I will show serrian_ the same mercy zs kindly showed me and give him a second chance as in, DO NOT REMOVE HIS RANK. I believe this was a simple misunderstanding within his dull and i'll lit up mind, and that he can correct himself for his mistakes.

Additional info: look I understand that you see me as suspicious and distrustful, and as much as I dislike to bring back up the past now in this scenario I have to, but i'm sure many people that got banned were being frowned upon and hated in the server, I myself am one of them and a few other people are too. But with that all aside allow me to get to my point. I know I am distrustful and a piece of garbage but for serrian_ to ban me for something that i was banned for already, for 6 days, is a pretty bold, rash, and dull move for someone like serrian_ who in his background check seems to be a serious person but has a sense of humor, but like he says this isn't about his mistakes this is about mine. I know what I did and I know that what I did was horrible, scummy, and just downright shitty, but that was in the past and it's been one day since my unban and now serrian_ wants to ban me again for something I never did. Serrian_ as silias would say, this involves you and you're choice (that and the people's I guess) but please understand that what i did was burried in the past and I never did it again, so i'm sorry if you don't trust me that much or if you hate me enough to be biased against me but if I ever did anything wrong then please tell me because I gave you and the other mods online my word that I would never use X-ray again, so please take this into consideration that
1: Those day's are over
2: I never did anything wrong after my 6 day ban
3: I already did my time
and if you still hate me enough to keep me banned then I understand, no one ever really liked me enough and everyone just wants me dead now.
I know I am missing something important in this but if you see my point and understand then I would like an apology from Serrian_, an unban, and this question to be answered.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room?  I Have read all the rules and I understand fully them. I have never broken any rules and I never will. Also in my opinion the Guard rules are very straight forward and easy for anyone even someone at my age to follow. I can also understand that just because I’m a guard does not mean the rules of the chat don’t apply to me as well, I will always follow all the rules.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? Well I am very keen to be a guard on CDGS. I understand that being a guard is an very important role to play on the server. I am a very friendly person who always offer to help new players in however I can. I am also have donated £11.50 to the server out of my own money. I know that this is not a lot compared to many other people but I’m not the richest of kids (sadly) Also I know that I know that I say this a lot but I don’t believe that there are not enough guards online at the UK time and I think it would be a good time to have a first guard based in the UK.
I also understand that it’s not fair to have favourite players. It’s very important to me that all players should be treated the same. I have always respected all staff and all players. I was only muted once after I got into an argument after I was killed while I was afk (which is better than any other 12 year old on the internet) I’m not trying to say that I’m not a human and I have never experienced anger but what I am trying to say in an argument I try to ack in the calmest and nicest way I can act at the time (normally by leaving the game or ignoring the person.) I am friends with most of the Mods and Some of the guards, I try to be friends with all the players but it’s impossible that everyone’s going to like me.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard?
I think I would make a great guard because I try to get on the server and play as much as I can, even if it only for 10-20 minutes and I love helping people and keeping things fair. I like to make things fun for everyone and being a guard would help reflect that. By making sure that people are doing the right thing it can be a peaceful place for everyone. I have also donated and will continue to in the future as it helps the server grow and become better.
If you pick me as guard I promise that
- I will steal the declaration of independence
- Plenty of banter but still friendly
- Make sure people are sticking to the rules

Cougarboy50 Glitched into by base for the sole purpose to destroy my spawners, This is not only extremely abusing a glitch, but it is robbing me of my money/donation to the server. I sincerely hope this does not happen to anyone else, this is very harmful to the server and its populous.
