Do you have any experience with other prison servers? No i don't have any experience with any kind of guard positon. I have played on lodes of other prison server as the are my favourite kind of game mode. (I played on AEM Servers however  it has been offline for a while now)

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes I fully understand all the rules. It's important to me that all guards follow all rules. I will treat all player with equal respect and I won't pick and choose who I'm going to be a guard on and who can gate away scoot free.

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? I don't mess around, and I won't take my powers for granted. As i said in my last application I love playing on MCP it has always been my favourite server and it is the one I have devoted the time into. Also this is the first ever server I have donated to.

I understand that people are annoyed at my applications and believe me I'm am annoyed to the reason I'm making a second application is because LuaghNgamez said that it would be better to apply as a guard son that what i done. I try to make these as least time as i can. Also seen as CDGS Is hiring staff why wait till these is hiring time is over.

Why should we unban you? I have been a long standing MCP player, and quite active as well, untill I was banned. I understand that my ban was completely justified and I did deserve it, but I think I have served a long enough sentence and should be unbanned.
Additional info: I don't mean for this to be offensive, but I think it is more or less the administrators faults that the shop was left like that and someone who used it should not be banned, but maybe have the money they got taken away.

Why should we unban you? This will probably be my final appeal. The day I was banned in my honest opinion I was being a complete ashole and I'm sorry for that, since then I've read the rules and am ready to follow them. I am sorry for my stupity and promise not to do so again. I love playing hardcore prison servers because it has been what I've loved to play, and was the first game I had ever played. There are no similar severs like this and I really think this community is great. Your server is also outstanding due to what I've seen so far. I think I've really matured up and I really cannot wait to play again. I don't want to be known as a complete asshole, I want to rejoin and be known as a mature player. I'm sorry that I cannot write so much, but just letting everyone out there know I am sorry and I was a complete asshole back then, my mind was in the wrong state of mind.

Okay so this isn't so much of an appeal as it is a report. I was mining after 3 people, including my brother Lordmuffinking, donated. I was randomly mining when I was banned, by I'm assuming Serrian (or however you spell it) or polardog for xray. I was told that my mining patterns look like xray but I just move my mouse in a circle? I'm not even sure how to download a hacked client. I was preparing to apply for guard or mod when I hit 100 hours on the server, and don't want this wrongful ban to be on my record. Because of my love for the server, I bought the unban because I didnt want to have to wait for the appeal to go through. A few moments after I was kicked, LordmuffinKing said the same thing happened to him by Polardog. We were both Citizen and heavy donors to the server and were given no warning that we were suspicious in our mining patters (I learned to play minecraft by watching him so we play very similar.) If this issue isn't resolved I can assure you that we wont be re-donating the $50 for our permanent ranks and then some for mine resets and crates. This server is very well built and most staff and players are very kind, so I would hate to have to stop supporting it. Thank you for your understanding and help, -boo312.

Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? You should consider me as moderator because I always try to make the best out of situations and try my hardest to help new players, older players, and any players who need assistance,
I have some experience with the chat offenses, and got the concept down. I'm always trying to suggest new ideas to the server when they come to mind, I always try to vote, but sharing an IP with a brother is difficult.
Overall I see myself as a positive affect on this server, I'm always positive and I always help, and many people know me and see me as a good person. Yes, I've been inactive lately, because something that I rather not say happened but the situation is over and I'm back and I'll be active everyday.  I've read the rules many of times and studied them, their was a lot but I read them all. Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? Because I'm a very trustworthy person and I don't mess around. I never lied or done anything agents the server rules. When every I see something that is wrong or inappropriate I always report it and I will do the same if I become a mod. I have got previous experience with being a mod on server, so I don't need any help while dealing with chat offenders and hackers. I'm also very active on the forms so I will always be looking for Abuse/Hacking Reports.

No, but from years of playing on Non-Op prison servers I have learned from multiple guards as well as asking questions to guards in teamspeak about guarding when something that I don't understand comes up.

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes, I have tried my best to memorize the jail times as well as rulings on times such as time felt as needed. (I learned these from other guards and what they would do in certain situations.) I have done what I can humanly do possible to recognize contraband items such as drugs, etc. "I'm going to steal the Declaration of Independence."

Why should we pick you to be our next guard? You should pick me to be the next guard is due to a recent lack of actively pursuing guards. You have multiple guards that might log in for one or two hours at a time about every other day. Then you have other guards like Polar who has the luck of a job at McDonalds (4.5 Star Rating on Yelp.) Is on actively but is limited to his work schedule. Zs is, well Zs is sadly leaving us soon to join deploy in the military. As I'm still in school and don't participate in extra curricular activities often this allows me lots of free time on my hands.
