Boo312's Ban appeal - Boo312 - Feb 26th, 2017
Okay so this isn't so much of an appeal as it is a report. I was mining after 3 people, including my brother Lordmuffinking, donated. I was randomly mining when I was banned, by I'm assuming Serrian (or however you spell it) or polardog for xray. I was told that my mining patterns look like xray but I just move my mouse in a circle? I'm not even sure how to download a hacked client. I was preparing to apply for guard or mod when I hit 100 hours on the server, and don't want this wrongful ban to be on my record. Because of my love for the server, I bought the unban because I didnt want to have to wait for the appeal to go through. A few moments after I was kicked, LordmuffinKing said the same thing happened to him by Polardog. We were both Citizen and heavy donors to the server and were given no warning that we were suspicious in our mining patters (I learned to play minecraft by watching him so we play very similar.) If this issue isn't resolved I can assure you that we wont be re-donating the $50 for our permanent ranks and then some for mine resets and crates. This server is very well built and most staff and players are very kind, so I would hate to have to stop supporting it. Thank you for your understanding and help, -boo312.

Boo your brother confessed to me. I followed you both around for sometime and found you to be x-raying. This is not my first time investigating this and to be honest If lord made an appeal I would have really considered it as he did not try to lie to me about it. Anyway you purchased a unban so lock this.

I literally saw you making direct paths to ores. You aren't fooling anyone with this "I wasn't x-raying" crap. You're more trustworthy if you own up to your actions.

You know, I can stand being banned. I can stand up for what I did. But one thing I will not stand up for is having my sister harassed.
I am not some 13-year-old snot-nosed child. I know when to own up to my mistakes. But to have an adult (Yes Polar, I know you're an adult) try to argue with a teenager... That's where I draw the line.
Whatever happened, happened. And this needs to be dropped. Constantly berating her through the in-game messaging system is not okay. Everything is logged, you should know that. We have the logs, we know what has been said both ways.
Everyone needs to stop. No need to bring another mod in on this (Bagel).

You know that really doesn't make the case better, right; Admitting children are administrating a server.
I'm not looking to argue a point. But when Polar is actually typing fake anticheat checks into a pm, that's petty.

Polardog is not a part of the server administration, although even if he was all of the staff on the server are selected due to their maturity.
