What the offender was doing: They were being extremely rude to Dragon1240, and it was inappropriate. They were also being toxic in chat, as they have been for a while. They were calling him all sorts of names, and I know you can't let it get to you, but it was uncalled for.

What is the bug: After being killed in a riot it spawned me in the elevator but after a second it took me to my C-Spawn. Then I was killed and it proceeded to take me to the elevator again but with the counter almost done like it should've been the first time.
