Additional info: From the first screenshot I never started pvping, I had just returned from my plot after giving a new player some armor to keep himself safe, I come to C walk out into pvp am attacked. After stepping back into safezone Kelinu states "why dont i just jail him". After being instantly jailed the second time I am released and do /plots as soon as I leave. Kelinu runs from the parkour to the C spawn and handcuffs me mid-teleport. I understand the current political climate over the striking guards. I'm fine with the KOS, I don't mind it. However when I am simply standing in C-Block PEACEFULLY protesting for the guard strike I shouldn't be jailed over, and over, and over, and over again. I should not have to get on an alt to avoid being harassed by some rat of a Guard. If I go out into pvp it's a different story. If this is how the guards are encouraged to behave then it's a sad day in MCP History.

Update the following day: We kill both online guards, as I am "KOS" I'm standing in the middle of c-block Kelinu respawns and jails for pvp abuse. At this point it has nothing to do with the strike, and it's just clear abusing his perms. He's even gone to the point of abusing alt accounts of both myself and Jay, knocking people into pvp zone and calling for pvp. Jailing after he's done it three times despite running out immediately.

"Just end the strike" This has nothing to do with the strike at this point and is 100% about him abusing his perms. Considering how he stopped jailing me while Geonat was online yesterday he obviously knows it's abuse of perms.

What the abuser was doing: DogTag has falsely banned my account for "Bypassing" without any evidence. On another note, I think it's weird that you need evidence to report a staff member, but a staff member does not need to provide evidence when permanently banning you from the server, but I digress. DogTag saw me being a new player as an easy way to take out his stress as I'm a new player and he did not expect me to create a staff report. Sadly, unlike him I have actual evidence of a crime that was committed.

Additional info: I'm not sure if DogTag has malicious intent when banning me, although this whole situation has made be very upset. A new player should not have to go through all of this to get unbanned. I'm a huge fan of prison and really wanted to play on cdgs, hopefully that will be a possibility! I would also like to add that I am still banned.

Additional info: As stated in mod rules, racism starts with a one day ban, not a warning. The player was warned for something before this already, I just don’t know what, and the racist comment was intentional. Panda has been mod before, she knows her rules, but chose not to follow one.

Additional info: I believe he is targeting me and my faction, he is abusing his powers and banning me without concrete evidence and I pretty much just proved it was a false ban here, and keep in mind the last ban could have been argued too but I took my punishment even though I knew I was innocent then I come back on the new map just trying to play and he has a problem. This is a disscussion just as much as a report. Mention times where DogTag over-stepped let's get this shit sealed.

Some screenshots, just honestly made me really triggered. Makes me very upset than a Warden can honestly get upset over a nickname and then call my dad out after I made a harmless example. Very ridiculous. It's been three years like come on. Thought he was a very nice guy and maybe changed. I'm sorry I thought I was seeing a great staff member.
