remove teaming from events

People team in events and they aren't even fun anymore. It is something that should be punishable, just removing fun from the rest of the server.

Teaming is inevitable an unenforceable. Most events are solo focused for this reason.

I'd get involved with Teamspeak, people usually team up if they are on with people.
