Power ball and one draw lottery

First, I am posting this here to see if this is allowed on the server with Silas so none of this will be enacted in tell the next month or when Silas replies.

Second, the Powerball:

You can buy tickets at my plot in the courtyard (Plot 6 near block A).  Each ticket is valid for whichever is the shortest of the two:
1) A week
2) If a winner has been declared

The drawings will be daily.

There will be five numbers in order with the possibility of 1 through 16 and the Powerball number with the possibility of 1 through 64.  This means your odds of winning is 1 out of 67,108,864 per one draw.

The pot value will always start at 10k and will increase with this formula: previous value + (number of extra tickets bought after the last drawing * $250  *  .90 ).

Keep in mind a ticket is only good for the shortest of the one of the two: 1) a week 2)  a winner is declared.  So you may need to repurchase if you didn't at least get the Powerball number.  If you did get the Powerball number it is a full refund of your ticket.  The chance of you getting the Powerball number is 1 out of 64 each day I draw for the Powerball number.

You will have to mail me on the forums your numbers (And make sure you put them in the correct order that you want time to be).  Also, make sure you have the Powerball number surrounded by these: ().

Example:

Also, while I am in the process of using a random number generator to get the numbers, I will close the lotto for any more entries for the time I am drawing the numbers.  I would be down if it would require a staff member (warden+) to pick one or more numbers in the Powerball as the winning numbers if this helps me be able to do this.

The winner will have all of the pot in this lottery.  I will be logging all of the numbers per each day.

I may up the pot if more interest is put into this.

Third, one draw:

At the end of each month, I will draw the winner for the one draw for the month.  You can take the lump sum of 90% of the winnings upfront or you can do a payment plan.  The payment plan will give you 95% if the winnings at a 1/6 pace per month for six months so they are all equal payments to a total of 95% of the pot.  If there needs to be any rounding, only the last three payments will be rounded up.

So, keep in mind none of this is in operation and awaiting Silas response.  If you guys/gals have any feedback let me know.  Also, if this does get approved I will post here the Powerball winning numbers each day and when we have a winner it will be announced with the winning numbers.

For the people that bought power ball tickets, make sure you PM the numbers in the mail on the forums here.  So far three people have bought them but have yet to give me numbers for each purchase.  I'll start drawing power ball numbers once at least one person sends in their numbers.

Also, the one draw lotto is going to be drawn at the end of the month with the people that bought them.

Just a reminder for the people that bought power ball tickets to PM HERE ON THE FORUMS your numbers such as:

First five numbers are 1 - 16 and the last number (power ball number) is 1 - 64:

So one entry may look like this:

So far the people that have bought power ball ticket but have yet to do the required items such as pm'ing me the numbers, give the right numbers within the number range or giving the right numbers need to do it to win anything from the lotto.

The winner of the one draw is going to be drawn soon so make sure you buy tickets for this months pot.  The current pot is $21,000 which means you either get:

$17,955 in a lump sum

or

A total of $19,950 for a six month payment plan for $3,325 per month for six months.

$120,000 for the end of March.  The payout would be either

1) $108,000 per lump sum

2) $19,000 per month for six months for a payment total of $114,000

Sorry about not mentioning the power ball numbers yesterday, I was busy with certain things.

For now on, i am going to draw before the first time I log in to MCP which will be in the mornings.

Also, the one draw pot is now a total of $121,000
