If You Have Been, Why, And For How Long? I usually get muted when I am just screwing around with caps, I am aware I shouldn't do this as a mod. I was also banned for using Xray, but I stopped using it.

What is your rank on the server? Citizen
Why Should We Pick You To Be Our Next Moderator? I believe I should be the next moderator because I have significant experience with the server. I know the community very well. I am all round a peaceful guy, I help out as much as I can. I try never to be biased in any situation, I would not ban,mute, or punish anyone in any unfair way.  I am very committed to the server as in about a week I racked up like 40 hours of playtime. Usually you can find me online at any moment, I get on in the mornings ( EST ) I get on afternoons ( EST ) and late nights ( EST ) this means that I can be online when some mods are not. Our player base considers of a wide span of people all around the area, we have people in California, Ohio, New jersey, Canada, and even Singapore. For people with different timezones, its always good to have a helpful staff member there. I know I've made some previous staff mistakes, but I have definitely learned from those mistakes and bettered myself.

Additional Information: I know i'm, " Never Getting Staff Again " but I would love to eventually get out of what I call, the No-Staff zone. I hope this is considered, thanks!

I've known cougar, forever it feels like. When i first joined MCP, my first multiplayer server ever, he was the first to welcome me and chat with me... then proceded to sell me leather armor for all my money :p In all serious though I can say that he is definitely a good player. We've had our fair share of fueds but he is in general nice and as far as I'm concerned has never been majorly punished. While i haven't been able to interact with him recently I can see improvement in his attitude and personality. In all I say +1 and good luck

I've talked to him once and he offered to sell me packed ice.  But besides that, he seems like a nice guy, helps people, answers stupid questions from newbies, and has a temperament good for a moderator.  +1
