Avoiding lag while uploading videos

Does anyone know ways to avoid lag while uploading videos? If so post in comments

Not really possible. Uploading videos uses all your upload bandwidth which is usually more limited than your download. You could maybe get a program to limit the upload speed so it doesn't lag, it would upload slower though.
