Doesn't matter if he declines the deal or not at this point. You have filed a lawsuit against my company and slandered our name multiple times within this thread alone. You have claimed multiple things to try and get yourself out of the contract you have signed with this company and you have offered no proof with your claims while me and my co-worker have. There is no waiting this out.

Lying to the jury, multiple attempts to escape a contract. We have lowered our asked for amount, it is obvious that you are in the wrong here. Now, if you would like this issue to go away simply pay the asked for price and we will put this in the past.

I'm not going to give you 300k to a company that was just created.. This really has nothing to do with guarding, so that won't cause anything in MCP life, also, I never signed anything, a simple "Sure" isn't signing a contract, and that "Sure" wasn't even towards you, now, if you show me a ACTUAL copy of me signing my name on a CONTRACT without Signature Forgery, I don't care if I stay in this deal and I shouldn't even be in this, if you ask a guy for a million dollars and he says sure, people lie, ok? and I wasn't talking to you for the last time, now, if you asked me to ban someone from the server and I say sure, I'm not going to do it, so why bother? The legal document you have requested will be shown to you once you begin to show evidence of the claims you have been providing this court and jury of this thread. Loving Sensations Inc has provided proof of their claims yet you have provided nothing. If you wish to drop this lawsuit it will be 200k per employee to the company that were signed on at the time of this deal taking place.

I have already showed proof that she agreed to the terms that were laid out in the deal and the contract. The plaintiff, Girlsrock, is attempting to get out of this contract with no consequences.

The proof is on page on of this thread, showed proof of her saying sure. Sure being to the deal Obviously didn't show the entire logs as it has unrelated chitchat to this court case. Time + Date was provided and should match up to the server chat logs after time zone conversions.

Our company is not USA based nor located. We accept this amendment but would like to point out we never claimed to "own" the plaintiff, Girlsrock. She agreed that we could use her person, to make a deal with the Network-Admin Zeedin. Nowhere in the contract does it state we own the plaintiff.

Should my business partner claimed this on some level I would like to make a public appoligy on his behalf as the contract does not state we own her.

For the last time, I DIDN'T SIGN ANYTHING, go up to a hobo and ask him for a million dollars, and he says "Sure" and you record him, you have proof of him saying it but it'll never be done because no one had shook hands with him nor made him sign a contract.
