I've been reading on this issue, and from what I've gathered, one of two things are happening:

1. summon does have the client
2. you have a mod where you can attach capes

Now, if 1 is the case, which I doubt it is, you must have the client or a mod to allow you to view capes, one of which is not allowed, another of which you haven't cleared with us before implementing.
If 2 is the case, then you are obviously just trying to stir shit, and we do not take kindly to that either

Haha, this was just a joke guys, that's why I put it in the Off Topic section If I was serious, I would have put it in the Staff Reports section.

No, his was legit, I went on Huzuni to check if he had a cape because a lot of people were complaining that he was hacking. I only went on Huzuni for a little bit to get screenshots and then I switched back to my normal version of Minecraft. Also I have never used Huzuni on the server besides to check for capes, I have never used it for malicious or cheating purposes.
