Kestrel ? Officer Application

For _shonviv_ , Head of Kestrel ?

Kestrel is an experiment faction that is being lead by _shonviv_, my friend and faction server "overlord".
The faction is an organization that does not have an f home, and is a heavy raiding clan.  The idea of the faction is to define the meaning of "Faction Raid" and not "Faction Defend".
There will be 6 total Kestrel ? Officers in total, controlling alliances, attacks, and all diplomatic operations.

Kestrel will target all big-shot factions, raiding for individual riches and to eliminate the opposing threats.
The Officers can control the flow of a Kestrel ? raid on any faction that is not in the the ally list of Kestrel ?.
While a raid is being hosted, Kestrel ? will be open for anyone to join in, and closed once we reach an exceedingly large amount of people. 

The Officers of Kestrel ? will be the foundations for this experiment, if you are interested, fill out the application below.

I'm sorry, I'm still confused /.\ what's a super plot?

kestrel = faction that leads free raids

meaning once we find a base, the whole server that is free + is invited to tag along, but officers are needed to control the idea.
