1. Is your idea logical? - By my logic, yes
2. Could it be done easily? - I haven't the faintest clue about this kind of stuff
3. Has something like it been done before? - Not to my knowledge
4. Has this idea been suggested before? - I don't believe so?

Would it be possible to change up some of the /f access perms to allow elevated access for players/factions for more than just one chunk at a time? Just a quality of life feature and something less painful than walking around in chunks until you allow access in everyone.
