Whaaaaat is up ladies and gentlemen welcome to "Coming soon" MCP Alert Season 3! It's been a little over a month and myself and the writers are ready to get back into the swing of things with MCP Alert. Nothing has changed, so lets get riiiiiight into the news!
Black Market Revival!
What a better way to kick of MCP Alert Season 3 then bringing up a huge unused part of the server? We are talking about the Black Market. A while ago our writer, Cpt_PandaPantz made a suggestion to rework the black market to make it more used. For those suggestions you can find it here,

The thread itself gathered a few great ideas on how to remake the Black Market, however never received a response from the head honcho himself Silas_Bowen. This suggestion would be great to make an unused area of the server more active with activity. For those around before the Black Market was added a lot of players suggested adding one, and generally received the response, "If we add it nobody is going to use it." The response however turned to be true, with it gaining little use, generally for large storage for those who couldn't afford plots, and were unhappy with the small cell storage.
Would you guys like to see a rework done for the Black Market? Or do you think it should be removed from the server and something better take its place instead? If you have any suggestions for the area yourself feel free to bring them into the discussion!
Missing Dog
After nearly a month and less than six hours of playtime gained, the formerly A-Guard Kittiwolf has been demoted for the number one staff killer, inactivity. The demotion has come recently after a report surfaced on Kittiwolf that explains the lack of playtime from Kitti in recent weeks. We are unsure if the report pushed the demotion or if Kitti would have been demoted without the report. We reached out to Kittiwolf to see what they had to say about their demotion,
"I've just been really inactive because of school related issues, and having lots of work problems. I know some see me playing other games, and that's just to reduce my stress in my life."
That quote is from Kittiwolf, when asked if he will still be a part of the player base after their demotion they responded with, "More or less." We have seen cases like this in recent months with YoungLilSandwich and NAMClub1 who both left the server after they were demoted. Kittiwolf also explained that, it's not the easiest thing in the world,
"to come onto a server after a hard day and see people complain to me about how bad I am and how the guards suck and mods are better..."
We asked Kitti if they believed that they should have been demoted which they replied with,
"I know I've been inactive so I find it right for Silas to demote me."
This is probably one of the better reactions from a staff member after they have been demoted. We wish Kittiwolf luck in their future endeavors.

Hall of Fame!
Also kicking off Season 3 we are inducting another member into the MCP Hall of Fame. Zeedin! Always the silent, behind the curtain, staff member we would probably not have MCP without him. To new players Silas is the person to give the credit for the server to, however Zeedin keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Back in an interview with Silas we asked him about Zeedin's role and he had this to say,
"Zeedin has done and does a tremendous amount for MCP. Zeedin literally builds all the maps which is why we have such a distinct prison but that's really just one role he fills when it's time for a new map. All the other time Zeedin runs most of the technical work for the server such as the box itself, forums, and teamspeak which makes MCP what it is. Without his experience we wouldn't have MCP in its pristine form and it might not have even made it this far."
Congratulations to Zeedin on his Hall of Fame induction.
