He has been banned multiple times for being crude/excessively swearing while contributing nothing to the server that is positive.
This current ban is 60 days but he has served out bans ranging from days to months and yet he always come back and makes posts like the one above. Its safe to say the next one will be permanent.

Some leading evidence, open to the public's opinion:

-Roughly 1200 diamonds sold to JellyWagon123, in the span of a day or two.
This must have led you to getting 700k, citizen, and a plot, within the total 19 hours you've played on the server so far.

-Observing you mining when you thought I wasn't online, you were looking around, care to explain that? And also care to explain that after you had looked around you dug to a diamond cluster?

It can be tough to actually pin xraying on someone, but the circumstances are justified. I didn't ban you the day I confronted you because I was unsure after having only watched you, but after more thought and digging I concluded, (with another staff member) that you should be banned. As for the appeal, this is not something I would accept by looking at it. If you can prove good behavior or other players can attest against me, then by all means you will be allowed back on the server.

I had atleast 25 hours and you can get a lot of cash in 6 hours besides that i have already told you that 95% from my 25 hours of playing i was mining because there was nothing else to do (Pvp ect).

You might think you have 25 hours, but the reality is you only had 19. Geo(as well as other staff) have access to exact dates and times through console, they could see the last time you ate a piece of steak if they wanted. Again, approximately $1.5 Million made, and $700,000 of it spent in under 24 hours just isn't realistic. You still haven't explained looking around directly at ores while Geo was watching you either. I use to be a hacker on a nice little prison server back in 2014, I can tell when someone is x-raying. Over 1,200 diamonds in 19 hours. Hint 1. Looking at and mining directly to ores. Hint 2. Arguing facts hoping you don't get punished. Hint 3. Mit is Bad. Hint 4. Should be punished accordingly

This post turned into a shitcataclysm  panicBasket. To clear things up here, (and thank you for your feedback everyone) this took place strictly in E mine. Your mining was very specific, you were not digging around but instead straight to diamond clusters. I don't know if his ban will ever be appealed. The worst offense here is how much money got added to the economy from this and I just can't let it get affected like that.
